Old lady that worked there is an absolute flog ! Worst customer service experience ever. Highly poor. Slow to serve and kept cracking on about no five finger discounts. Why the hell would I line up to pay for my stuff if I was going to steal? I was with my little siblings as well. I found her behaviour highly offensive and inappropriate. She also refused to give me a plastic bag and said “like most shops we don’t do plastic bags...” well guess what! When I went Thursday night trading into red dot with my father, I was given a plastic bag when asked! Bit strange ??

Horrid experience, will not be returning anytime soon. Came here to buy a large amount of plastic plates for a cheap price for obvious reasons. However, once I arrived at the checkout one of the employees were smoking one of those new electronic cigarettes and was rather slow to serve me. Upon realising I was of Arabian descent, she spat on me and the plates and charged me an extra $23.48. I have attached an image of the employee that I downloaded from their Instagram page. Please take action against them.
