I've had so many bad experiences with pool servicing recently and was not hopeful of a positive experience when my chlorinator died! RENO was awesome though, came when he said, quoted better than anyone and exceeded my expectationsDon't waste your money with Jim's pools ,go with Reno at Pool Seven Hills

Reno and the team at Poolwerx Blacktown are the very definition of above and beyond.I’ve used the Gold service for a year, and Reno’s professionalism and attentive service has meant my pool always looks pristine and all the extras are taken care of ( lights, gate screws, emergency calls etc). Reno came to our place and rejuvenated our tired looking pool. Our pool looks incredible now. His knowledge, professionalism and workmanship is absolutely outstanding. We had our filter, controls and chlorinator replaced. The previous install (which came with the pool) was not great. Poolwerx fixed that issue by seamlessly tying in new pipes and made it look neat and tidy. We could not be happier with the service and quality provided by Reno and Poolwerx. Thanks!!!!

Any old reviews are from the previous owner of this business and should be disregarded beacuse the new ownerReno provided excellent first call advice and quickly and efficently booked in a service. He advised his time of arrival the next day and provided onsite breakdown of what needed to be done then followed up with a report including photos advising what may need to be done in the future. His communication and professionalism are second to none. Where most businesses can't even get back to you, Reno is the man to fix your issues, dont bother looking anywhere else, use Poolworx Seven Hills

Reno from Poolwerx Seven Hills is a magician! We bought a house with a pool that resembled Kermit's swamp. Reno transformed the pool to a paradise, and continues to look after our pool to an exceptional standard. All of the staff at Poolwerx Seven Hills have been responsive, professional, and beyond helpful. I couldn't imagine entrusting our pool upkeep to anyone else. Now our home and backyard are the family destination of choice. Apparently we're hosting family Christmas every year now, and it's because of our amazing pool! Cannot recommend Reno's services enough!
