Staff wonderful always have been with me if u tell them what’s going on ect they will help anyway they can , but of course it’s when u dont say anything they just do what everyone else does so keep communicating with them and you’ll be right , and hands down to Jenni she was a really good help always to me while I was there

Jenny helped me find a job and she was very supportive and encouraging and if it wasn't her I wouldn't have got my dream job thanks again Jenny you are the best

If I could put ZERO I would.As someone who has been dealing with a lot I don’t find the staff understanding at all (Hong) and rather rude.I have tried to explain a few things going on in my life yet she doesn’t listen completely cuts me off while speaking and just gives off a doesn’t believe you kinda feel.As someone who has suffered from mental and physical abuse most of their life I don’t appreciate these kinds of people.When someone tells me they are going through something difficult my response is “aw I am so sorry to hear that” Hongs response was “righttt…..” like she definitely didn’t believe a word I was saying…I have been dealing with her for the last couple months and honestly if you don’t have experience with people with mental health issues I don’t think you should be working with people that have them!she heightens your anxiety again doesn’t listen and just gives off a I don’t care vibe just here to get paid.Every appointment/ phone call I have attended I have left shaking and on the verge of tears or in shock from the utter disbelief that I really just wasted my time speaking to her because she wasn’t listening to begin with. Dealing with her has affected my mental health and that’s just not right.!I will be complaining higher up as her behaviour is completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Very rude and player the Hong lady towards the participants never trust the last few months very bad experience never help out to find work only lies and her evil eyes always tells that she lies and play never choose to go see her specially I believe she is The worst human being on the planet always shaking face very scary person

I have never had a better caseworker than Jennie from Wise Employment Melton. She has helped me better my chances of gaining Employment. Very understanding of my personal situation. Highly recommend Jennie

Excellent customer service.

My mate is allowing me to use his computer hence the name won't match your records but have forwarded a lengthy report/complaint to head office about a certain female that it seems others are also complaining about. I dealt with a male worker there who was lovely but this female is rude, condescending, does not listen and is extremely disrespectful. She has made it very clear she looks down upon us all. Another lady left directly because of her also, and another lady chose volunteer work as she said that way she didn't have to put up with her demeaning comments. All 3 of us , now not dealing with her are happier. My new job agency actually is helpful, we aren't denied help with funds to do courses or buy clothes or fuel vouchers like this agency had. It's a toxic environment in there, remove one person and I would have to agree with what others have said, the atmosphere would improve.
