What a beautiful book store. Fabulous design and an amazing selection of books. This new store is just fabulous and it was great to see so many people browsing and buying books. I love that there are secondhand books on the shelves amongst the new and not separated. Genius idea! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who happily helped me find two books I was after. This store is worth a visit for the detail and fabulous vibe!

Such a delightful mix of new and secondhand titles mixed together. A vintage" room where I may have wept at the glorious aray of vintage books. Something for everyone and a lovely cafe in store... I may never leave."

Such a beautiful store. Great atmosphere. There is literally a book for every person. Any niche or interest is covered so if you're browsing for a book for someone you're sure to find something. BUT the prices are crazy. $24 for a small plushie (only a three inches tall), $35 for a plastic child's umbrella for example and the books are usually double the price of anywhere else (I checked). Worried that after the initial hype the store won't last with these prices. The atmosphere doesn't justify paying double.

Lovely large bookstore with a cafe. Well patronised the 2 times I’ve visited. Plenty of room to move around. The staff I spoke to were pleasant. Gift areas also. Hope it does well

One of the bigger Harry Hartog stores. A vast range of books and collections. Has a cafe with seating inside too so you can enjoy a good read whilst having a cuppa

wide selection of books however it would've been great if they just had a tad more seating.

The store is stunning, and the atmosphere is 10/10 but the prices of the books that I saw are double the prices elsewhere which is a shame

So exciting to have this wonderfully quirky and beautiful store open in Penrith! The store is stunning and has such interesting decorations. Despite the store being extremely busy (due to it being the grand opening), I found staff to be super attentive! They were so friendly and up for a chat on great book recommendations!

We were so excited to see this store in Penrith after always stopping at the Greenhills and Kotara stores. Sadly this does not live up to the comforting experience we have come to know from Harry Hartog stores. The staff are cold and not welcoming and it is abundantly clear they are not experienced with autistic children. We always buy a plushie and a book when we visit but the staff at this store made us feel so umwelcome that we left quickly. The staff here lack the warmth we have come to know from this brand.
