Highline Caravans - Custom Luxury Caravans

Privately purchased a 2021 Highline Enforcer which had a broken external speaker and stabiliser foot missing. After searching locally could not get the parts but one phone call to Highline and they are in the post.On the couple of short trips we have done everything working well. First van we have had with shower/toilet, how luxurious and the shower is a great size also loving the full size fridge. Looking forward to five months away as now we are 'fully self contained' we will have more options where we can stay. Trusting we will still be saying five stars when we get home!

When we set about looking for a caravan that would take us round this vast country we pretty much researched every popular van make. If we were going to live in it for a long time, it had to have all the things we needed and wanted, not necessarily the same requirement.It ended up a race between two vans. We eventually settled on the Highline Enforcer as it ticked all our boxes and more besides.Having made a few ‘familiarisation’ short trips we definitely believe we made the right choice.This van has such attention to detail and quality finish that we are more than happy to live in it for however long.Any items that were listed for our first service after three months were all fairly minor and easily rectified.A really great van, bring on the big trip…

I bought a Matrix, First time I saw one of these it became my benchmark Caravan. Spent 4 years looking at other Vans but could not find a better Caravan anywhere. So very happy with the Caravan and the sales team. Excellent after sales service is included, just give them a call and they are there to help. There is also a Highline owners group on Facebook, they are a very friendly bunch.

We recently purchased a Highline Enforcer caravan and have been extremely happy with the van, the handover was great and the after sales service has been exceptional. We are so happy with our purchase that we suggested our Daughter and Son in-law buy a Highline van which they did, and they too are very happy.The design is great and the finish of the van excellent. We highly recommend Highline Caravans.

We were really glad to discover the Phantom. We were looking for a small van that would allow us to enjoy more time outside, but had all the creature comforts. There is loads of storage. We would recommend this to anyone looking for reasonably priced sturdy hybrid van.

The 2019 Beast. A beautiful van without a massive full size ensuite. With the washing machine, not a big machine but very practical. Coming from a building background I have noticed the finishing throughout is spotless.Towing is a dream it sits perfectly behind the ranger, you hardly know it is there.

Horrible customer service. Parents brought a new caravan, arrived dirty and not cleaned inside, someone used the toilet prior to delivery, still waiting on all the other keys for the caravan since we can’t unlock the water tanks, outside shower, and can’t lock the toolboxes (mind you been waiting 3 months for keys). The worst wiring job I’ve ever seen surprised it hasn’t burnt down. Power and earth wire loose in the inverter, and inverter not screwed to floor… trailer break wire just twisted together without solder, backing plates on the breaks loose. For the money paid some very poor craftsman ship gone into building it and very poor customer service

I urge potential Highline purchasers to be wary. The many problems I encountered with my Prospector van include that the bbq, the tv antenna and the ignitor and one on the burners on the two burner internal stove did not work at delivery After completing our 8 month trip, and after considerable inconvenience, including many attempts to resolve these issues under warranty, most of those faults remained at the time we returned the van to the dealer to resell. Upon picking up our van and setting off on our trip we soon discovered the many faults. It seems our van had somehow missed the quality inspection. We contacting the dealer we bought the van from to arrange for the repairs to be done while we travelled, After continual delays (many weeks) and many phone calls waiting for the repairs to be authorised and arranged, during which time I was told we were waiting on Highline to authorise the repairs, I received an unexpected call directly from Highline. In that call I discussed the problems and what I had done to try to rectify the issues myself in consultation with the dealer. I was then asked to speak with the Highline electrician later that day. I agreed to this and waited for the call When this call did not occur as promised I tried to ring the person from Highline who had contacted me. My multiple calls to Highline over several days were answered by a person who repeatedly told me that they didn’t know anything about the matter so they could not help me”. On each call I asked that the person who had called me to ring me back however after several days this had still not occurtedb On the third day of calling I suggested

Bought our Phantom from Highline and Daniel at a Caravan show in 2018 and collected it from the factory in Melbourne; very happy with the design and build at exceptional value vs other options. Their family run friendliness and willingness to customise and make small tweaks to suit our needs was second to none, and we still get compliments on the great colour and design whenever we travel.

Recently took delivery of a Matrix Caravan. Very happy, great value for money. Can't wait to take it on the road. Great customer service from both Rachel at Highline and Bill from Carlons.
