ordered an expensive bedroom suite, items showed up 2 weeks late and 2 of the 5 items were broken. was offered a replacement or refund, I chose refund.sales rep began talking to me rudely over the phone and hung up on me, when I drove to the store to confront him he began apologising and promised my refund will be in account.after I left I receive an email I will be loosing 20% due to me changing my mind which I clearly did not.the bed purchased didn't even line up, was missing parts and bolts, the tall boy had a broken draw roller, then the driver tried to convince me that was the design of what I purchased. lol it didn't even look like the picture I took in storeI wish I could give these mosquitoes 0 stars!

The staff amazed me with their patience. I think i spend more than an hour asking questions and they kept helping without fuss. I recommend this place just because of the current staff.

I strongly urge potential customers to consider their options before purchasing from Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding, based on my recent experiences.I bought a dining table from the store, which turned out to be a faulty product.Despite numerous attempts to reach out, explain the problem, and ask for a resolution, I received no satisfactory response from the customer service team. Even a phone call to the store was met with unprofessional behaviour and a poor customer service.

Pathetic customer service, I wish there was 0 star optionThey don't listen or try to resolve customer problem after customer make the payment.Delivered me faulty product but now they refuse to replace that or fully refund that. I have spent $1100 on a product which is not in good use able condition when delivered.Do not buy from Harbour lane !!

Very professional and welcoming customer service from Arsh at the Auburn branch. Only reason it’s not a 5 is because we haven’t actually received our couch yet. Very high hopes though!
