This morning my owner gave me 10mins notice for his arrival ment to be given 24hours as legislation, and unfortunately no notice has happened multiple times and I refused entry this time..he walked off stating “well I’m not coming back” I said “I wasn’t given 24hours notice”Our owner then decided he was coming back no time given to me..for him to show up about 12 ish and walk through I said “sorry about before, I’ve had no notice given“To then Him giving me a mouth full saying “well she’s only trying to help” then kicking a bucket that was obviously in his way in the laundry. To him walking out saying “I’m done”Extremely unprofessional…I get that it’s not the plumbers fault owner never gave 24hours notice but it’s legislation and unfortunately it’s happened multiple times and consumer affairs said I didn’t have to allow you entry without notice.. but how you acted was you and reflects on you

Kade from Rowe Plumbing replaced a gas line to a house we provide for rental. The job was a little more complex than expected due to the age of the house with old plumbing embedded through chimney brick work etc, with very limited access. Kade used his experience to re-route pipework and complete the job to a professional standard in a timely manner, under difficult conditions.

Very helpful and honest in providing honest advice on what is essential when setting up plumbing for a renovation, new build or maintenance. Kade worked with our family over the past year to assist in the redesign of our entire plumbing for our renovation. He was also able to give us options that best suited our family of 5. Rather than just sticking to our brief, he found ways to save on labour and materials which has now allowed us to complete other plumbing projects that we initially did not allow for in our budget. He worked really well with the other trades on site, and is really clear in his communication which meant we always knew what was happening. His fit off of all our bathrooms was amazing. He really did a high quality job. We highly recommend his work.

Our water heater broke down and we needed an emergency repair performed as we had no hot water. Rowe Plumbing were professional to deal with and very responsive and understanding of our situation. The water heater was ordered and installed the next day outside of normal hours as it was an emergency and we have been very happy with the product installed. Would highly recommend this business and will be back for any future plumbing needs.
