We received a quote and had the repairs/installation done as soon as it could possibly be given it was over the Christmas/New Year period. The guys came out and did the job quickly and professionally. They were all very courteous and friendly. We love what they have done to transform our pergola, how it looks and how it handles the hot weather. A great job and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We sprang a leak (an old transparent corrugated plastic sheet over a skylight splintered) and needed a quick repair. Spoke to helpful person on phone, two guys came, assessed the job quickly and thoroughly. Got a quote - seemed reasonable - and - this is the crucial bit - the job was done and dusted the same day. Friendly, efficient, what more can you ask for? Would use again (obviously hope never need to) and would recommend to other people.

We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism provided by the team attending to our whole gutter replacement and roof capping repair. The company provided larger capacity box guttering between roof and existing Pergola to prevent overflow of storm water and provided great guidance for including other modifications where necessary. All work was completed to a high standard and their communication was excellent. We would certainly recommend this company for price and work satisfaction.

Mikhail, John and the team were fantastic. The installation was top notch and were so happy with the workmanship and the way the guys left our yard when they were done (you wouldn't have even known they'd been there!)Would highly recommend Pro Roof and Gutter to friends and family!

Excellent customer service. They did a great job repairing our roof and did a thorough investigation to make sure the repairs were done correctly. Everything was explained well and the work team all communicated well amongst themselves. Pro Roofing are a company you can trust to do a great job for a reasonable price. I would use them again.

Edit: Spoke to the owner who explained that there was some miscommunication with some workers which resulted in me not hearing from them. If I had heard from them, I would definitely have gone ahead with the job. I assume they'll fix the issues, so the below may not happen again.Pro Roof and Gutter came and did a quote, which I thought was great, but when I went to book the job, they basically ghosted me. Wouldn't reply to calls or emails. It was a job worth over $20K, so I'm flabbergasted and really disappointed. I recommend you don't waste your time.

He instilled confidence that this was a company who were thorough and honest and prided itself on doing good work. Both John and Alex, who did the work quoted, were friendly, kept me informed at every step and did the work to a high standard. And thanks to Mikhail for his quick responses to questions and provision of photos of the completed job. Very happy with the result.Highly recommend this company!
