Good store to buy MTG cards from but a bit annoying having the guy stand there and search them for you. Also Google says store closes at 10pm on Thursday but it's just not true, wasted a bit of time going there for no reason.

Guy that works there is a bit of a d***, rude as all hell. I live only a couple of block away from this store and would prefer to go to spring Hill instead. Don't know what his deal is. Everything seems like an elitist chore for him. If you want friendlier advice and some decent attention to detail. Maybe someone who doesnt give two hoots.

Made a 45 minute drive to the store. Website doesn't mention its closed, google maps said it was open. The store has a sign saying its closed for 10 days or so. Unprofessional communication.My experience in store when I have been in has been a joke. Worst customer service I've experienced. They honestly can't be bothered to move or help with questions.This place is everything that is toxic with the community

Great place to play card games like Yu-Gi-Oh, MTG, and Digimon (Digimon tournament on Saturdays at 10:30am is great fun and only $10 entry and rewards for even participation). There is a great community for the above two games and the store also stock ttrpg and boardgame supplies.

Great store with a good community and solid selection. I was only there for one night on holiday but the community was welcoming and i had a great time. If I'm ever in Brisbane again i will be back.Definately recommend if you wanna play a few game's.

One of the absolute worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the first moment, staff member seemed completely unengaged and barely interested in assisting. Appeared visibly bored, and at times even irritated, at having to muddle through the process of helping me. Eventually just ended up leaving as I was clearly not welcome. Shocking sales experience, was genuinely disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Stood on his phone the entire time he served me and my friends. I saw the guy visibly roll his eyes when he had to get up from eating his subway cookies to sell us more cards. This is the sort of guy and place that stigmatise these already insular hobbies to be unwelcoming and gross. The only reason this place stands is the sincere lack of competition. Anti social hobbies do not give you a free pass to be an anti social, entitled business owner. Save your money and time from the owner and shop. Gross.
