The staff here are absolutely amazing with my son! I cannot recommend them enough. My son is terrified of haircuts and will cry and cry through them but Aleah and the team are so patient with him!

I did really like it but when i got home had a shower my hair looked no so nice so year the gell holding it in place i couldent get it like it was ever again. But its just dew to the line just needs to be on other side an it would work so ill try that maybe. Nice ladey though ment all the best just my hair

First time at this hairdressers and will definitely be back. Tiarnna is a lovely young lady and did a fantastic job on my hair. The owners also seem to be very nice and funny people.

Worst hair colour experience I have ever had. I have long hair and had a picture of what I wanted mix of auburn and blonde highlights- finished up with matte black hair, charged $175 (towel dried finish!) When said not happy at all, just told it will wash out a bit and asked to go as girl had to close and be somewhere. Went back to complain to owner and given a shampoo, not refund and sent on my way...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. It has taken me 3 years to fully grow out and over $1000 in gradual colour correction. Do not risk your hair or waste your money on someone who is all about the $$.

The hairdressers themselves are wonderful the management/boss .. not so much ! If customer service is important to you I suggest going elsewhere. I have been getting scalp bleaches at this salon for a little while & have had a few occasions where some hairdressers would use their fingers to dry my freshly bleached fragile blonde hair (some people can achieve this without breakage some people can't so it's no reflection on the practice just my experience at times with this salon ) as opposed to booking my usual hairdresser I had a few do different tasks . I have been blonde for 11 years & been to many salons when my hair was toned at the basin & a toner was not mixed for my ends aswell which left my scalp white and ends orange (I was taken back to the basin to have this fixed) upon arrival I explained I would like them to be careful drying it due to past experience & the fact my usual hairdresser would not be drying my hair so they made the choice to blow dry my hair which I didn't think much of at the time. At the end of my service I was a little shocked when asked for an additional $90 to what I usually pay the boss's response was frankly a little rude & I heard things such as my usual cost only includes a shampoo toner on the ends (if your a blonde this will horify you as salons just don't operate this way ) & I was charged for a blow wave which I semi would have understood (if something is different to your usual service or will cost more any good salon will always consult first) however the boss tried to claim drying hair of with fingers would not cause breakage however when your dealing with fresh bleached blonde hair it 100% can if you do not have a knack for doing so , I also heard a claim that perhaps I had been getting a good price during prior visits and things were not charged correctly (their scalp bleaches are a good price for the town however if you look at morwell onwards and ring around you will find hairdressers charging the same price with everything included) I have noticed during this service & others the boss only seems to have respect/warmth towards one staff member which is very sad to see .
