A fantastic shop for video games, consoles and even iPhone repairs. even though there are stores like target downstairs that have these things EB Games have, but cheaper, I would still come to here, thanks (photo is of game I had bought)

Popped into the store to trade in some games and staff were very friendly and helpful. Managed to get a great deal for a game and an accessory. Staff were happy to order the game from another store free of charge and communicated promptly as soon as it was available.

Wonderful service at this store! I popped in for a warranty replacement, and everything was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Purchased the extra warranty thing as suggested and I couldn't be happier!Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman that assisted me. The store was also neat and tidy, with a wide variety of products. Highly recommend :)

trash! they were tryin to hide the gift! We purchased two sets of Zelda through pre-order, and the staff behind the counter didn’t give us any gift which included in the pre-order sale. We asked about the missing of it and they give us just one and said each gift per customer. This is not any limited edition game. One game card should comes with one gift. Avoid this place at all chance, doggy staff. We eventually got what we paid for, however in a very uncontrollable way.

Always get good service here. They’re a bit sketchy on price matching sometimes though. Sometimes they’ll match and sometimes they won’t even though they’ve price matched with that store previously. Just depends on who you get I guess.
