Amazing team and service, needed a complete front windscreen replacement and keep in mind this is on a car that's 33 years old where parts are very, very rare. The team genuinely cared about my car and were able to source a brand new windscreen through persistence. I had expected the replacement itself not to go the best as the chrome trim and seals were brittle and could easily be snapped. However somehow they managed to keep all the chrome work undamaged which is a testament to the craftsmanship and care taken. Top work guys, thank you.

Terrible, they broke the speaker cover on the dash and didn't say anything. Then have not replied to my messages asking for it to be sorted out. Not happy and would not recommend.

Very helpful team onsite. Job done quick and on time. Cannot fault the installation. The looked after the car very nicely. I have a floating navigation screen and some extra bits around the windscreen. They were so careful and replaced all better than before I think. Well done guys. Love your work and work ethic..

ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS SERVICE.I waited 4 weeks for O'Briens to come and replace a windshield. They were scheduled to come at 8am on Saturday 4 February 2023 between 8am and 12pm. I called at 10am to follow up, they said to call back closer to 12pm. By 11:50am no one arrived. I called at 12pm, and they said the technician was coming late and would arrive between 12:30pm and 1:40pm. THEN, at 1:40pm I got a call saying the technician was SICK and they would have to reschedule for a time more than 2 weeks away.DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE ON TIME. I took Saturday off work to be home after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment.I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR POOR SERVICE IF i COULD. What is the point of all your fancy SMSes and online booking systems IF YOU DON'T EVEN ROCK UP TO DO THE JOB.

They caused damage to my classic cars dashboard, I emailed photo proof from before and after the job but had no reply, inquired again a couple months later but still go no response.Even though damage was minor it’s not right that my car comes back in worse condition

Been waiting 2 weeks for a windshield on a 2010 accord have to phone them up everyday to hurry up phone calls never get returned and there is no reasoning for why it's taking so long such poor service
