We are big fans of our Deliver-Eze letterbox.The website showed it out of stock, so we contacted Neil via the website & he was able to let us know he'd just had the bodies arrive and could get one to us. He talked us through the customisation options that we wanted (body colour & powder coated delivery flap) and made the whole process very simple.It was boxed well, and made it across Australia in perfect condition (despite the box showing some signs of abuse on its journey) & has since withstood the testing of several children that love to perch on it. The quality is fantastic & I imagine it will last a really long time

We built a house in 2019 on acreage with a very long driveway, and there was no way delivery drivers were going to take the time to drive up to the house and leave the parcels in a safe location. That meant we'd have to drive all the way to the post office to collect parcels, so we built a gatehouse and set a Deliver-Eze Brighton stainless steel parcelbox into the rendered concrete block wall. The Deliver-Eze parcelbox is affordable and costs only slightly more than flimsy imported alternatives. The quality is excellent; it's been used daily over the past four years and it still looks as good as it did when first installed. (We do occasionally get very large packages that don't fit, but not that often). The mechanism is solid and the stainless steel shows no sign of tarnishing. We asked Deliver-Eze many questions at the time of ordering, and the bricklayers also had a few queries during installation, and all were queries answered promptly and clearly. The Deliver-Eze Brighton is a quality product backed by excellent customer service.

I fitted the Deliver Eze Malvern. I could not be happier.From the start, dealing directly with manufacturer was fantastic and a rare opportunity these days. I restore classic vehicles and when the unit arrived I was instantly impressed with its design, tolerances finish and attention to detail. Installation was straight forward and it looks and functions beautifully.It’s so impressive, GET ONE!

I was looking for a letter box which could provide a secure and convenient way for couriers and posties to deliver my parcels. There are various options on the market but none compares to the Deliver-Eze products in terms of design, quality and value. The concept, which is similar to that of the Australian Post public mail boxes where you can pull open a flap and drop your bigger items down a chute, is simple but very effective. I was originally planning to purchase a brick built-in model (the Brighton), but upon the advice of Neil, eventually decided on a model which is to be installed on a fence (the Malvern). It has proven to be more suitable for my purpose. The process of ordering the product was extremely efficient and easy, thanks to the excellent customer service of Neil and Alison at Deliver-Eze. My letter box arrived promptly and is now sitting nicely on my newly constructed boundary wall and fence. This is a quality product. We first bought the Malvern version about five years ago, as we had a picket fence and we were looking for a secure letter box with a large capacity so we could go away for weeks at a time, knowing that our mail would be safely held within the box. We were really happy with it, but sadly had to leave it behind when we sold that house, as it was a fixture in the fence! We then really missed the convenience of having a letterbox with that capacity and security, and which would safely accept parcels.We researched the options, but could not go past buying another Deliver-Eze box for the quality and capacity. Plus we wanted to be buying an Australian made product. This time we chose the Mosman pillar style, as our new house does not have a front fence - and we can take this one with us if we happen to move again!We rang the contact number and were really pleased with the personal service. The letter box was delivered within days.We had been very happy with the powder-coated Malvern version, but the render on the Mosman looks very stylish and durable. The delivery flap now has the instructions PARCELS Pull Open" on it

Exceptional products and service. Seriously if your in the market for a proper parcel delivery letterbox these are the best made ones you can get.Service both pre and after sales is also excellent. We just received our parcel mailbox from Deliver-Eze. Talk about delivering on promises. We can't praise the service and the product highly enough. Quality is fantastic. Installation instructions were very comprehensive making instal a breeze. Delivery was quick and easy. They even arranged powdercoating in a custom colour for us, for a very small additional fee. Thanks so much to Neil and the team.....we are very satisfied customers who wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have had our letter/parcel box for a few months now and I can say that rarely do you get a product of such good design and build quality. Exceeded my expectations. Very tough, worth the price.
