The best place to get a haircut for a toddler. They have a really good set up that is well thought out. Jamie was so kind and caring to my son, put him at ease straight away. We’ve been to 2 other places for haircuts and they were such traumatic experiences but he just loved Jamie and let her cut his hair without a fuss, I was shocked. She didn’t pressure us to use a clipper and she took her time with scissors and made sure it was a good experience for him and me. We will be back for sure!

One of the best places I've been to for a hair cut. From their service to skill, it's pretty good. Very humble place! I've had hair cuts with everyone here and all are great!

Our family regularly get our hair cut by Claudia at Sergio's in Toowong. Excellent service and always a friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Jamie was so patient with my 2 year old toddler. She made him feel comfortable in the car chair and put on ABC Kids for him to watch. She continuously spoke to him and let him know what she was doing, distracted him with the brushes and spray bottle etc. She made what is normally a stressful situation for me enjoyable. My son also had fun and asks for his next hair cut. Although the salon is a bit out of the way for me I would go back with my son.

Jamie is just the best. Salon is very accomodating to your needs, takes their time to listen to you and makes sure you're happy with your new hair-do when you walk out. I tried a few different hair salons after moving away from Toowong, but ended up just driving a bit further for a great haircut.

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. My 3yr old is very fussy with haircuts and Claudia was so sweet. Sat him on the motorbike chair, put thomas on the TV and talked him through everything she was doing to keep him calm. No tears or screaming for the first time ever!

Best kids haircut we have had! Fantastic set up for kids with car and motorbike chairs, and ABC kids on demand. I had booked for Mr almost 2, his third haircut. Claudia was amazing with him. My daughter, almost 5, ended up begging to have her hair cut too and Claudia kindy squeezed her in. Two little extremely happy customers and one very happy Mum.

Nice clean and well presented hair and beauty salon. Jamie and Claudia are amazing! Have brought my kids to this salon and nobody else does a better job than this salon. :) they have good facilities for younger children to stay entertained and a happy mum!
