Complx is an amazing spacehere is every kind of training you need like Pilates, yoga, boxing, they are very complementary and all levels are catered for . Jamie our trainer has such a great personality it pushes us to be our better selves when training with him :)

Jamie is the reason I started to go to Complx, I've known Jamie for years and always found that he is very professional.I've had the benefit of experiencing all that Complx has to offer from corporate classes through to Myotherapy and PT.The PT sessions are very well structured with time taken to focus on form and technique not just seeing how many push ups you can do in 45 minutes.Jamie also adjusts his training techniques depending on the client.Complx have been incredibly easy when I've had to make changes to any appointments due to competing priorities as well so they're a great choice for other busy professionals who have project based work.From the corporate side classes are well structured and suit all fitness levels!Couldn't recommend enough, if you're sitting on the fence trying to decide what gym/PT to use, forget the rest, Complx is the best!
