Coles Aurora Village

Absolutely disgusting, making more self checkouts!!!! You expect us to put our own stuff in the bags, even with a massive trolley load or wait a ridiculous amount of time in queue for a checkout person...stop taking away people's jobs...I will keep going to the one self check out with massive loads of shopping. I hope everyone else follows. Don't let these money grabbing lazy people think we will adapt!!! Don't think so!!

Asked 4 people to help me find a product.. no one knows anything. More training needs to be provided. Go to woollies bang straight away

Close to home, usually has everything i need, delivers my food to my home if i can’t pick it up. I love this coles. The prices are rising though

A great supermarket for the locals to have access to everything needed and a new & improved international cuisine section to cater for all (Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern & so on).

More self-service checkouts! No we don't want that! If I could give you a 0 I would....disgusting you think we should pack our own bags after working all day with a trolley load of groceries. I won't be going to Coles any more!

I shop at Coles regularly and find the quality of their products to be consistently good. They have a wide variety of products at competitive prices

Good place for groceries and daily home stuff. Less crowded, buyer-friendly shopping experience. No problem getting the parking lot.

Coles, Aurora is fast becoming the worst store in Victoria !Tonight Sunday 19th March , I went at approximately 7:20 pm to the deli to order some sliced meat. The young Indian girl ( that had her phone in her hand distracting, the other employee ) that was working behind the counter refused to do so because she said that it was too late. They close at 8 o’clock and she can’t slice anything.I’m sorry but there are two of you working it’s not even 7:30 pm and the slicer was still dirty !And then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and to no surprise, that person was a teenager !I’m sorry Coles I know you’re , trying to save money on wages but come on your stores being run by children that have no regard to the community they work in and to your customers !sorry, but this will be the last time you see me. I literally live across the road and I am now forced to go shop at Woolworths coz of your lazy staff !Not to mention your store shelves are practically empty !

11am roughly Tuesday has no large registers open, had to go through the large self serve check out with a $400 shop. The male service manager (I’m pretty sure he was, walking around with that chip on his shoulder) hovered near me the entire time. I was scanning bags, but he asked me ‘to make sure I was’. He asked if I was scanning my cups which I did, I just didn’t want them at the bottom of the bag obviously so put them to the side until I had a softer bag full, and when asked if I scanned them, I said yes… didn’t believe me then insisted he checked. I would have been more than happy to for him to take over scanning my shop but instead he just kept hovering over me like I was gonna steal something. Never stolen a thing in my life. Honestly pretty terrible service. Made me feel like a thief and took sooo much longer to scan my own shop.

I emailed them and asked whether they could implement a quiet hour for people like my son with autism...they never bothered to reply...disgusting and clearly don't care about making life easier for people with disabilities.
