Rod Power Martial Arts & Fitness

Lucky enough to go for my first visit to Rod Power Martial Arts gym yesterday and was pleasantly surprised how big it was.Rod is such a nice bloke who has a great history in the Martial Arts with all the achievements that go with it.At 62 did the backflip board breaking stunt and says will do it again at 70.Considering this is located in a main shopping centre at Maddington Central shopping Centre.There are 2 entries tho the gym members use just the one.So the main entry is clearly advertised and is located right between the Tolo Supermarket and the Coles click and collect on the outer side of the shopping centre

Fantastic all round Martial arts centre and gym. Full weight sets and all professional gym equipment is available. Rod Powers is one of the best instructors I've ever had the privilege of being taught by. I highly recommend this for anyone. Begginers or pro's. This is the place to train.

Rod is amazing. He has such a positive attitude and is very encouraging. He's also done it all - written a book, made a movie.. and is a black belt in mixed martial arts. This is one guy that has given life a red hot go! It's a pleasure to spend time with a person who encourages kids with positive praise!
