Now that we are in our new house for over 2 months, we thought it is about time that we put our appreciation and compliments for Kev and his team members in writing. We came across Kev Morris Builder when we started our initial web search for an adaptable-living builder. From start to finish, the whole process was a very pleasant experience. With the help and professional input by Sean, Kev, Jo (colour choice), excellent co-ordinating and supervision by Cameron, our house was completed on time and budget. Even after we moved in, we decided to add a few small items, nothing was too much for them. Wasn't even interested in my job

Just took the keys to our new home from Kev Morris Builders (Oct 2021). Ours was a 300 sqm custom design on a rural block. We know we are one of the lucky ones in the present supply-constrained market, but it was finished on time, on budget, and to an extremely high standard. It is our fifth home and hopefully our last.The team were professional throughout, helping us with our design ideas, and gave pro-active advice re site location matters such as soil testing and bushfire safety requirements. We thought the price for the basic design was reasonable compared to other builders, and from there we chose to upgrade certain aspectsproject manager Cameron was fastidious the way he organised his trades and is a good communicator. He also gave advice on clever design ideas all the way through that led to a much more impressive result than we had first imagined. He is the building manager you hope exists but don’t expect to find.We would not hesitate to recommend Kev Morris Builders for either a quality owner-occupied home or a value-for-money investment property.

I haven't yet built with this firm but so far I have no complaints. The display home itself is very hard to fault. There's really nothing I'd change about it at all. Vicki is in charge of sales and customer service as far as I am aware. Her manner is warm, friendly, professional and polite with a smidge of Sydney's northern beaches thrown in. 5 stars all round. I look forward to meeting the rest of the team and building our new home.
