No denying that they offer a good courier service and your packages will arrive on time. But the customer service this time around was just not on… enough for me to actually put up a review. To the rude phone call and the unnecessarily rushed/angry pickup experience from staff (I was the only customer there) I’ll be using a different branch for any future courier services.

Horrible service by pack and send liverpool. Had to pay 300$ shipment charges for a package worth 250$. on reaching the designated country customs the documents provided were inadequate and the customs levied a charge of 250$ for the delay of providing the correct documents. when we asked what was going on the reply was we don't know why this is happening only to your shipment. They didn't know what documents were to be sent to get it cleared from customs.Apparently only the shipment can be guaranteed and not the delivery to the designated location. very poor service. Have to pay three times the price of the consignment sent for nothing. the items could've been purchased in that country only instead of spending this much.

2nd time using the service with Pack and Send Liverpool. Never had any issues. Friendly down to earth people. Will recommend them to others

If I could put less than 1 star, I would. If you look at the reviews I have written, I am only positive. But the lack of customer service skills shown today were absolutely appalling.I bought an item through eBay to be picked up from Pack & Send Liverpool, but I was too busy to pick it up today. I asked my partner to pick this up on my behalf. To prevent any confusion at the warehouse, I called in advance to make sure it would be okay for my partner to pick this up on my behalf. They said it was fine, I just had to email them the name of my partner, and my partner just needed to tell them that he was picking up a package for me, and show their ID. Seemed simple and straightforward.Instead, on arrival, my partner was asked questions about the package that not even I, the buyer, would know; information about who shipped it. When obviously met with confusion, the staff here spoke to my partner with utter condescension; even having a laugh and snicker about them right in their face.When I called to find out what kind of customer service they were teaching their staff, I was met with only excuses and zero accountability.Will never be using the services of Pack & Send Liverpool or ANY Pack & Send for any future parcels.

we started using Liverpool Pack& Send for our import jobs for the past couple of months. The rates are higly competitive and the staff are always reliable . we are completely amazed by the level service we receive from the team. Highly recommended if you need any help with your Logistics needs.

I sent documents and after a month by tracking the shipment it's still showing in Australia and when I ring them yp all they say it's not their fault and they will escalate it and till now after a month waiting the documents still didn't leave Australia and most likely they lost it.The staff not corporating or responsiblethe worst service ever

My first time using them. Excellent and quick service. The documents I sent to the Philippines on a Monday was received Thursday PM same week. I am greatly impressed!

Another successful deliver which took just 2 business days - collected on Friday 12/8/22 and delivered the following Monday 15/8/2022- SYD-KUL! Thanks Siva and Malik from Liverpool Pack & Send for such excellent service !!!
