This business has been taken over by Troy Johnston. Do not use engage this guy to do ANY work. He refuses to refund $6000 for a job that he was supposed to work on for me. Waited over 6 weeks on the promise he was ordering products and he did nothing. He kept saying the working drawings were coming and they never did. Now I have lodged a case with the Magistrate’s Court to obtain my refund which he has said was coming two weeks ago. He will tell you it’s paid but In fact he schedules a payment for a weeks time and you never receive your money. Asking for a 25% deposit is illegal and also given we didn’t sign off on any working drawings (not sketches), you actually can’t do this. We trusted him and we have been burnt. I had to cancel the job as we needed cabinetry by end of November and he just would not do the drawings. So many excuses from his computer braking and waiting for insurance claim to learning software. And I am now the 5th person to be either chasing funds or not happy with his work. Check with the cabinetry association before engaging.
