Bought brand new pizza conveyor oven. 1 month still not working. Not trustworthy people. Always says they'll call me back but never called. Freight company they use is worse. Never buy from them even you're saving thousands.

Had a good experience - product does its job - happy with the service overall

We purchased a commercial freezer that has not worked properly since day 1. that was 6 months ago and I still have not had the problem fixed. From door bracket not attached correctly to seals not keeping the cold in and now the Great Service" NOT says that we just need to defrost and there is nothing wrong. These guys are a rip off and have no ideal f any form of Customer Service nor support."

This company provided us with a countertop cake fridge. It stopped working after 18 months and we were told by an electrician that the motor had completely burnt out and shouldn’t have, he also recommended contacting the company regarding this issue. After multiple phone calls and emails without a response we finally heard back from Dean. He didn’t have much to offer except ‘it’s out of warranty’ and to top off the professional manner he didn’t even bother to remove in house emails referring to their customers as ‘ranting over the phone’ well people wouldn’t be ‘ranting’ if you provided products that worked or maintenance services as your website describes.

Bought a countertop fridge. It was faulty from day1. Service call outs were appalling. They failed to fix it. After 1 year of this and still not working they aggressively told me too bad too say your 1 year is up sucker

Bought under bench Fridge 12 months ago. Castor wheel bracket broke. They repaired it only for it to break last week. I get a phone call today saying they are going to replace fridge. 10 out of 10 for me.

My poor experience started when our commercial dishwasher broke down twice. First time, they came in to repair it. After it was repaired, we used the dishwasher for 2 months and found the same part broke down again. Called straight away to talk to someone, because they couldn't get a technician to come out, so we waited for three days, they outsourced another company to check the machine. So we waited, and waited, and waited patiently, we had to call every second day to chase up the part, the status, what's happening etc. They always say that they would call back, but NEVER. And if you want to speak to someone in charge, the chances are the woman over the phone would get aggressive and put you on hold, always say Steve is on the floor, he is not available, he is on lunch... one woman named Courtney, she would put you on hold and treat someone not worthy to speak to. So their customer service is very questionable. The part... they told me it was shipped to the technician's old address (their fault) after previously telling me it was picked up by the technician...(lies... ). Today 10/06, called three times, still no answers, they said they would chase up the technician, but no answer still... we have to wash everything by hand and it has been a month, extra staff too... When I told them this is really bad experience and I have been patient this whole time, she simply turned nasty and called me nasty for reviewing my experience. Honestly these people can not understand business's position. Since we have a legally bind contract when we purchased this dishwasher, I will go to ACCC if they don't complete their part of contract. The long weekend is here, they won't be sending anyone out, so I guess next week...( if lucky. )

You can simply find any equipment you need for your business there and with the helpful staff combined,You won't go empty handed out of there.

not happy with the products or service. I would not recommend them to anybody. I give them no stars at all. WE bought majority of our equipment and are all cheaply made and pricey and many many faults which they dont want to fix.. not happy :(
