My worst shopping experience with my kid and Husband. The saleswoman didn't answer my hello! She only advises me to sanitised my hands. No smile, no advises at all during my browsing. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes that I saw on the website, I just changed my mind when I came in! The sales woman are not good at all for the customer service! I never seen that before in Manly ! It's a shame because I love the brand but I don't want to come back again. She shop looks amazing and you should improve your customer service, because I expected a better welcome and customer experience !!!

Do better, owner was extremely unprofessional and the store charges more than what it should be. Will not be recommending anytime soon!!

Some really nice products but you will have to be willing too pay for them

I have shopped here previously and whilst I had heard stories of the rudeness of the owner, hadn't experienced it until today. My daughter and I were looking through the range of fine bracelets and we were subjected to not one, but three sarcastic comments whilst we were looking! The inference being that we should just take the first 3 bracelets on the fixture rather than looking through them. So rude and uncalled for - won't be stepping foot in here again. My suggestion is that the owner ditches the superior attitude!

Impressive well presented boutique featuring quality designer brands such as Alexander Wang, Toast etc. Beautiful clothes and accessories on offer. Hard to walk out empty handed! Staff are warm and friendly! Enjoyed my experience here.

We got charged $150 more for a pair of jeans than its original price from the retail store where they came from, Rag and Bone. We came back the next day to possibly get a return and the manager of the store had no words to say and was very unprofessional.

Hi, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the store today. I received a lovely purple scarf bought from the store as a present 14 days ago, which I was told could be exchanged. Unfortunately I have plenty of scarfs and this one is not to my taste. To top it off, it is made out of wool, which irritates my skin. When I went in and asked the lady for the exchange, she looked up the item and found the purchase, remembered her interaction with my father in law but proceeded to inform me the store had a 7 day return policy, which if she made an exception for me, where does it stop? Well, I live 21kms away from Manly, come about once a month to visit family so coming back within 7 days is not reasonable… to which she explained I could have emailed beforehand, maybe she would have made an exception. She proceeded to try and convince me the scarf was wonderful. I found the whole experience repulsive and very un-customer friendly. It’s not worth shopping there!

First review I've ever written. I wanted to say the owner of this store is so rude! I then explained to two friends what had happened and one had exactly the same experience the day before. I felt guilted into buying something as she was over my shoulder as I was looking up what other colours a hat came in! She could then see I noticed that you're charging $119 for a ANINE BING hat that is $79. She has a goAt me saying she can't compete with tutchuzy which is a store no bigger. I then looked online more once left and Numerous other stores selling it obviously for the RRP. This mark up is insane!! My friend has a experience as same jumper $280 in other stores and you're charging $400.I then continued to look at other brands as you were saying it was only ANINE BING. You have marked up other brands too. One I buy from numerous different retailers and they all with the same RRP.The owner of this store is outright rude! I wanted to return what I felt guilted into buying though of course they don't take refunds.I will not be stepping in this store ever again.Reading all these other reviews I wish I had read earlier as I wouldn't have ever walked in there!Disgusting

I spent nearly $1500 in store and one of the pieces I brought was a black jumper. The colour transferred over my furniture and other items of clothes despite multiple washes. I messaged the owner multiple times and was completely ignored, even though the message had been seen. Appalling customer service. Do not shop here.

The retail staff are lovely, the owner however is a nasty piece of work. I left a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses in store after purchasing something. I called the following day and was told there was nothing there. A few months later, I went into the store (I had repurchased the lost" sunglasses) and the lovely girl who sold me the swimsuit remembered me and said she was pleased I got my sunglasses back after I had left them there. When I told her I didn't and I had actually repurchased them she was shocked and looked into it for me. I emailed the owner
