This is, by far, the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!My R&R weekend was the perfect kickstart to my new hobby - taking care of myself.I was so well looked after, both physically and mentally by the incredible team at Rest and Restore. They really go above and beyond to nurture everyone’s particular needs and see to it that everyone’s getting what they need from their time with them.I was so nervous when booking my R&R weekend as I’d never done anything like it before now and was worried it might not be for me. Having no idea what to expect was incredibly daunting to me but I’m so glad I persevered and pushed through it all. My nerves, fears and concerns quickly melted away when I arrived…. I was welcomed into a beautiful environment and just knew instantly that I was right where I needed to be. I soon realised that everyone was there for such a diverse range of reasons and there was no “perfect fit” for this type of thing. The whole weekend was designed to be customised to everyone’s needs and what they were personally looking for a little help with at that point in their lives.I’ve walked away with an abundance of tools that I can use in everyday life and are continuing to help me every single day of my little self discovery journey.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! - Matttie

Had an amazing experience at Rest and Restore. I felt like I could truly relax and unwind in the beautiful Yarra Valley forest surroundings. It was a much-needed reset to help destress my body and mind. The team went over and above to ensure we all felt comfortable and supported. Having been to retreats before I was pleasantly surprised with how the program was grounded in practices and tools that felt nourishing for the retreat, but also practical to help you continue after you left. I attended in Jan 2023 and I'm still practicing Yin Yoga and Qi Gong once a week and loving it!
