Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Southport

Been using Bridgestone for 10 plus years. The network has high standards, for service and competitive rates. I always trust them, doesn’t matter which store you go to.Today another great service with Bridgestone. I have always been happy with every store, right now I live near the Gold Coast Southport store, shout out to the team there, excellent, friendly and reliable service. Thank you for taking care of my car .

The team provided friendly, efficient and professional service at very short notice. It was almost closing time but they fit me in to patch my tyre so I could drive home. It was greatly appreciated and I’d highly recommend them.

Kyle and the team were fantastic to see my son's vw golf gti at such short notice before the Christmas holiday period. The car wasnt running right so though it was going to be a major fix but the team sorted the car issue quickly and didn't over charge me. Explained the issue to me and my son honestly. Highly recommend the boys at Bridgestone Southport.

Nice enough people to deal with,Issue arose after paying $1000 for new tyres, under a month later and i have a crack the full length of tyre wall. Previously i had worked in the rental car industry for 5 years seeing and checking faults with thousands of vehicles a year and never came across such a default. After sending an email with no reply i called up to get what i thought would be a time to have it replaced. then told to come and they will check it. After checking it and sending a pic to supplier/middle man (not manufacturer), the manufacturer would be the one who supports a warranty claim !! i was informed that it was not a manufactures default. I'm probably the slowest driver on the road to the point where my wife gets frustrated and asked me to speed up :) so the implication being that i had done something wrong in the few weeks the tyre was on my car just does not stand up.during this i needed to get disc brakes and rotors changed as well was quoted 580 from first call elsewhere and i got a quote for 689 from these guys. given that i had just bought a $250 tyre from them that lasted a few weeks he gave me a $30 discount. but did offer to sell me another tyre at $200 ...... i own my own business and understand that the easiest path from a to b is a straight line but maybe go the harder route to fix a problem for a client if you know they have been wronged.

I bought a adjustable coilover set for my car then got bridgestone select Southport to instail and lower my car they did a great job as you can see and were really friendly, It was a bit too low when I first drove it for a day so I rang them up and they got my car in and put it up a bit for me and now its at the perfect ride height.

Kyle and the staff were very helpfull, and efficient I would highly recommend them for your car care.
