Very poor in the efforts towards our child upon asking further information regarding bullying incidents, homework and student development. Double standards in regards of reporting, as some parents with whom the principal was close to gained special treatment and bragged about it.Principle came across very cold, questions on incidents were disregarded and having to become very persistent to follow up on simple information and events of the school’s curriculum.Communication is terrible, if wanting to chat your students to teacher, be prepared to wait at least a week and have a scheduled time slot on simple everyday questions.Everyone comes across unapproachable with exception of the lady in admin.

Don’t know about this one but whilst the premier is saying this area is growing so fast, where are our high school kids meant to go, the bully Logan school or is she going to pay for our child to go to the private school? Thought not! What A JOKE!!!!

This school is horrible. Nothing but bully’s at this school. Principle is useless. Nothing gets done about it. No structure in this school. Glad my son is out of there.

My 7 year old ASD son was punched, slapped and even had his shorts/pants pulled down within the first few weeks of term one 2022 - each seperate incidents. I was not at any time proactively informed about these incidents by the school directly. The school, after I had enquired; acknowledged that these incidents had indeed occurred however various subsequent conversations and meetings with the school provided no resolution or support - my sons plight for help was ignored and he was left to fend for himself to the point that he would spend his lunch/breaks sitting alone in the front office. He is a quiet, kind and gentle soul and would have been scared, lost and very much alone. In hindsight, yes; I should have made a police report.Senior staff were insincere, unapologetic and on the defensive rather than take any genuine form of action, accountability or responsibility for student welfare; our concerns were met with a mix of tumble weed, stoic nods and condescending noises plus attempts of overbearing/intimidating behaviour. They were only ever reactive (rather than proactive) and went straight into damage limitation mode…..to that end, nothing changed. I am aware of other families with very similar issues.Everleigh preach about being an inclusive school however they do not have the experience nor infrastructure to support their students needs. If you have a child that requires even the slightest of accommodations (for which this school receive significant state, federal and territorial government funding for); please do not even consider sending them to this school. The ‘leadership’ fosters a very cold and regimented environment which will only ever have a detrimental effect on any child’s development and well-being. They are failing to nurture and protect our children and it’s just not acceptable! The only thing going for Everleigh is the lovely lady working on reception who was always incredibly kind and efficient. I feel for you.
