Incredible level of customer service when it was found that we didn't have an override key (from the original distributor) two years later. Fiona and the team were amazing in staying on the case to ensure our issue was sorted. So good, we wouldn't hesitate to buy another Lokaway safe.

I own 2 Lokaway safes and both are excellent. Their swing 'n' slide system works very well. What I particularly wanted to complement Lokaway on is their great after sales service. One of my digital lock safes had a missing over-ride key. I dealt with Jacqui who was fantastic at sorting out what I needed and organising some replacement parts to get me going. Thanks so much.
