It's such a shame that a gym that writes in bold and big letters, 'Train Hard, Be Humble', forgets to teach this to their own staff.If you are a Disability Support Worker and coming to this gym with your client as a companion, then beware of their one of the reception guy. His co-worker told me his name was Fahim. I am not sure about it. But Fahim was very abusive and arrogant with me when I came with my client to this gym. He talked with me in a very indecent manner. They don't respect people, I guess, just after money. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. They should not use the word Humble if they themselves don't want to flow it. If you guys can't be nice to support workers, then at least don't be abusive towards them.

Very bad customer service i v been calling since few months. no one pick up. Im out of the area and wanted to cancel my membership coz it takes money every forth night. Now i want to cancel but no one picks up.

Was told when I signed up if I provided proof of my change of address that I would be able to cancel my membership via phone or email, as I knew I would be moving eventually. After 1 year, I moved houses and now they have told me I can only cancel my membership if I come in to sign. Useless….

Huge Gym, very popular, it has absolutely everything you need for a great workout, it can get quite busy so it's best if you can go during off-peak times. Membership prices are very reasonable.

Ridiculous and rude workers there. Wonder why the owner hired these peoples around to risk the business got shutdown

I decided to get a 3 month membership due to finances and because I knew I was going to be moving to another town soon so thought this option would be perfect. Well was I wrong! I read the agreement to the point it said min 13weeks payment needed and cancellations before this is $150 so I thought well I'll just keep the membership open for the 3months. After the 3 months I didn't receive notification that my membership had ended like other gyms would. Previously other gyms I've been too also have short term memberships and they sent out an email a few weeks before end date to say you will no longer be able to attend the gym unless you wish to renew membership which is fair enough. But Standup Fitness didn't do this they just kept taking money out of my account!!! I stopped going thinking I couldn't get in due to 3 months ending and also I moved so harder to get there.. Anyway after checking my bank account to see for weeks they're still taking money out I looked at the agreement and it says you need to come in to cancel a membership which is ridiculous if you've purchased a membership for a certain time period! I went in to cancel for the guy to tell me there's nothing he can do and another payment next week will come out also!!! No way!!!! So I'm not happy!! They should really rethink their memberships! Also during my membership I used the ladies only area the most as it was emptier so I could use the machines easily if they were working! For the entire time a pedal was missing on the bike machine, the leg press was put out of order for sometime and the bathroom never had paper towels to dry your hands and keep taking your money after your membership has ended.

Great equipment and a good place to train.

The staff are really friendly when I sign up the staff members were so nice everything is good the only problem is sometimes gym bros judges you I am a newbie so far the gym is really good

Equipment is 5 stars but the only thing that ruined all that was a few nights ago I was working out with mates when 2 men came in aggressively and asked if we had our towels. They went through our belongings and bags without our permission to check and then took my keys to check if I was a member with my tag. Honestly it really annoyed us all and ruined our nights. It isn't hard just to ask nicely.
