To proud to admit that they made a mistake and made us pay a bond for something we didn't cause, and they only mentioned the issue a week before moving. Inconsiderate, disrespectful, and exploitative of first-time renters. I will not be deleting this review because we assumed something so obvious as mould was something so common of an issue during the highest rainfall season year and it was our first rental. The mould was there early if not the start of our rental experience. We tried cleaning it on our part. I did not receive any quarterly thing about this, and you still can't take any responsibility for not bringing it up in inspections.

Croll wasn't able to sell a few units I had for sale in a very slow market and I transferred my business to a different agent. However, Andrew Croll asked to retain one of the units because he was selling another one in the same block and thought there was a good chance he could sell mine. He did sell it quite quickly and for a good price. Thanks Andrew for finding the opportunity!
