VisitUs Reception | Visitor Management System

Been using the VisitUS Reception APP for a month and very happy. Clean UI, Easy operation and Friendly customer support !UPDATE: After 3 years of working with the software, we see the lack of responsiveness from developer. Many times they updated the App without letting the customers know and the updates made the previous version non functional. So you wake up and your visitors can't check-in, see your visitor management software is not working. Simply because they updated the core and didn't let you know to updated the app.The app is definitely not for mission critical locations. Phone numbers in US are routed to overseas and due to time difference they are not responsive .Update 2 : They have changed the subscription prices without any notifications and you would only see it while its at your renewal. The increase of 100% in 12 month.

We first started using the VisitUs Reception app to track daily employee login/logout to replace a paper sheet, and it has been easy to use with either my cell phone or the iPad at the entrance.

I have not used a better automated reception App. This is a very clear and user friendly package that welcomes visitors and informs the hosts of their arrival.This is a great value for money App that has made our visitors experience so improved, giving them a feeling of a really professional approach to our reception.I would recommend this to businesses of all sizes,especially the larger organisations that want to become more efficient with a cost effective solution.
