The worst customer service ever. They don’t discuss anything at all and if U question they start giving u a hard face and bad treatment. It’s like u begging for information. No wonder their salon is always empty. If u don’t like ur job find another one.

Great hairdresser did exactly what I asked for and it was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this place.

When you get quote they tell you one price. But after done your hair is a different price.I do hair extensions and they not do properly they just want to finish as quick as they can.How much you spend is not worth to do. Very disappointed and very upset

Second time getting my hair done there now and honestly what the hell!! The first time I went there I got my hair dyed to black and micro hair extensions in, was there for approx 2 hours came out perfect, only cost me $400.The second time I go in for a new hair color and new extensions, I sat there from 2:30 to 7:30 almost. The first thing he started doing was getting all the extensions out and (ouch)!!! My head was in agony after that, then they started installing the hair extension without dying my hair first... so I went through almost 4-5 hours of my hair getting pulled , washed multiple times dyed twice and bleached twice. $680 later.Im sorry but you wasted so much time on what you did and the fact you had to ask me more than twice for my hair color shows a lot. And just the fact that you installed the hair extensions then dyed my hair!! I sure will be saying something when I come in next.

Highly recommend this business! Not only are they good at what they do, but they are also accommodating. I had made a booking at a well known hair extension specialist in Adelaide, only to have them completely mess up my booking on the day, despite having deposited money weeks in advance. Luckily I was able to make a booking straight away with only two hours notice at this salon, especially since my event was the next morning. My clips in looked amazing, and numerous people asked if it was my real hair. I will definitely be coming back to this salon.

This hair salon was the best yet! My Granddaughter had a party and i got them to do her hair, moments later, I was amazed. They had her hair done into a realistic rose bun, it was beautiful, I definitely recommend them!
