After being given the run around by Officeworks I googled local computer shop near me" and hoped for the best.I walked into the shop at Woy Woy & explained the task I needed done. He explained it was very simple & wouldn't take more then 10 seconds to complete.I'll happily refer anyone."

If I could give '0' I would. Absolutely disgraceful! My aunt was quoted a price for her laptop and paid the total invoice. When she returned to collect her laptop, the owner refused to give it to her unless she paid an extra $200+! He verbally abused her, swore at her and told her to get out of the shop. He called her horrible names and intimidated her greatly. He also pushed my husband when he returned to pick up the laptop. I am honestly shocked that this man is allowed to operate. So scary.

AAA+++ service. I turned up with an issue with my laptop which I tried to sort but to no avail. I was greeted by Pete's dog who was lovely. Pete then came out and fixed the problem within minutes. He definitely had the Midas Touch, but did not want to take any money off of me. If you have any issues, it's worth speaking to Pete to see how he can help. Pete, thank you and may business be good for you.

I used to run a computer store and i understand Pete's issue, Some customers can be very demanding especially women, Even tho you bend over backwards for people some are never satisfied, Over time that can become all too much ,I dont blame Pete at all if people dont want to listen to a professional and carry on like a pork chop then uncle pete will have a go in his own right. If your nice to him i can more than guarantee you will get a really nice bloke.

Called up and had a pretty funny chat with the owner Pete. Told me to bring my pc in so he could have a look and see what was wrong with it free of charge. Went in and met his cute dog and waited maybe 10 mins while the gents looked over my pc. He does, as they say, use some colourful language but I didn't find it offensive at all, if anything it felt like having a chat with an old mate. Anyway, figured out I needed a new psu, had one sorted and I was out of there in no time. Thanks again, Pete.

Fast, very fast and completely resolved . My Lenovo laptop keyboard was broken. It was replaced and functioning again within 24 hours. This must be the ultimate customer service.

I had tried everything to get my HP laptop to work well. Exasperated, I took it in here. It did take Pete a while. Came out turbo charged. Double plus good. Recommended.

Pete got my broken PC start button fixed up with a solder and he tested it too. Works a treat. Sold me a quality android charger cord at reasonable price. No dramas.

Like the owner my name is Pete too and a lot of this man's principles I can totally relate too as well. I am absolutely disgusted at how Pete has been treated by a current affair. The reporter was talking AT him not TO him. This reporter would also crack jokes at his expense like a school yard bully. A current affair wasnt interested in hearing his side of the story. They just wanted to try and humiliate him. The points that Pete was trying to emphasize actually made a lot of sense. A current affair is easily the worst show to ever air on public television. It is a prime example of how the media can manipulate people. Not only that but they will purposely stir up drama with people they don't know from a bar of soap in order to boost their ratings. It is low level tv and an absolute disgrace!

AAA Service went in with a problem of getting 2 monitors working from my laptop and tried everything including office works which sold me two wrong products and I had to go back there twice not happy. So Peter looked at my laptop to see which connection I needed in which he had already ordered some that day so I was lucky. I came back the next day to pick it up and Peter helped me set it up through the phone I was so happy as I need it for work on Monday. Highly recommended.
