Bought quality product from here 18 months ago but struck a warranty problem with a shaving cabinet mirror. Although the warranty period has now past they have agreed to replace the particular part anyway.For that I am grateful and I am obviously happy with the no nonsense service. Recommended

Would love to share todays experience with others. I'm in the older age group ( 73) & still like to have little projects on the go. My current one I needed just a few tiles for edging & was not having any success. When I popped into Ceramica at Pooraka I was greeted by a lovely man & I said i was just looking because what I was looking for made me a pain in the you know what. Well he was just lovely & looked in nooks until he found a discontinued sheet that was perfect. It doesn't stop there Mario the owner or manager kindly gifted them to me. Now he didn't have to do that as i was prepared to pay so good on you guys & if you take care of all you clients that well ( I don't mean not to pay ) there should be plenty coming.In summery we all know it's nice to be important but it''s more important to be nice. You do it well.Thankyou Wendy
