Papillon Hair | Our philosophy of fabulously healthy hair, superior long lasting colour and use of sustainable products has kept them at the top of the hair game since they opened over 5 years ago with the first Papillon salon in Paddington. The opportunity to grow and open the latest Papillon Hair salon in Avalon has now given the Northern Beaches the opportunity to also visit the best salon in Sydney.

I have recently moved to the Northern Beaches and was looking for more of a salon style hairdresser that specialises in mens cuts. I have seen Stephen twice now and have to say he is very professional and gives the best cut I've had in a long time. Last time, I wasn't even sure what I wanted to do with my hair, and Stephen straight away made a suggestion and I was very happy with the result. If you are looking for more that a barber cut and want to have more of a stylish modern haircut, then Stephen is the best guy to do it.

I’ve been seeing Deb at Papillon Hair Avalon for about 3 years now. During this time she has transformed my damaged hair and given my blonde locks life back! I couldn’t be happier with Deb colouring and cutting my hair.Stephen always cuts and styles my sons hair exactly how he likes it. He is a great stylist!Can’t recommend Papillon Hair enough!

Deborah and the team at Papillon hair are perfection. I was after a ‘child’s hair after summer’ balayage colour with tousled waves - very difficult on my wild grey hair. No more schlepping to Paddington for colours for me! Highly recommended.

Papillon is Avalon’s best hairdressing salon - expert cutters & colourists. Deb has a brilliant team, and ensures the salon has a friendly welcoming vibe. Stephen has been expertly cutting /colouring my difficult fine hair for the past 8 years & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always get compliments & am asked who cut my hair.
