I was referred by a local plumber to contact PHW as it had an hot water issue with one of the house in the hills. I called in just before 5pm on Friday, the gentlemen over the phone was very patience with me even they are closing soon, he explained and worked with me, and the job was completed as promised next day without the need for me to even follow up. It is the 1st time I use them and I am very happy. Thanks team!

My name is Ms Sandy Liu, my hot water system became faulty due to old age. I search 4/5 different company request quote. I choose Parramatta Hot Water Services because receptionist Tiffany is very friendly, patient and helpful! I am deeply impressed with her excellent customer service skills. Technician Tim and John are also nice and helpful when they came and install the 80 Liter new Hot Water system for me! Highly recommended for anyone who want to a new hot water system. The best!! Nick, you have some good employees. Thank you very much!

Amazing service ! I called them hung up the phone and no word of a lie the plumber was at the door, followed 5 minutes later by the next gentleman with our new hot water service . The water was still hot so rather then waste time the sent a lovely young man out the first thing in the morning to install the new water heater . Luke was fast and thorough and had it hooked up and the old system and box in his van in no time . I have had 3 hot water systems installed in our 40 years of living here and all have been installed by PHW Services . They are wonderful. Thanks boys regards Rhonda

I had issues with my hot water and had another plumber install a new part that was not actually needed. I asked PHW for a second opinion and they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. Ben and George were both very professional and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what the issue was. Would not use anyone else!

Fast and professional service every single time. I have used PHWS a few times over the years. This time I rang at 8am with hot water problems, tradies came out while I was at work and I had hot water back on before I got home. I could not ask for better service.

Best service I’ve experienced in years.I sent an email late Monday night and received a call first thing Tuesday to advise I would have a plumber out by midday.Received a call to advise plumber on his way. Plumber promptly identified the issue and fixed it immediately.Not the first time I’ve used these guys and certainly not the last! love your work team, keep it up.

I've dealt with PHW twice over the past 9 months due to hot water system issues, and both times they have been incredibly pleasant experiences. Super efficient, responsive and professional.Recently, I had a follow-up question and wrote to them using the online form. George (who has helped me each of the 3 times now) gave me a ring back within a couple minutes and provided a thorough discussion and advice on the topic. Each time now he has provided superb service, following up and reaching out to me to ensure things were resolved.Great customer service - wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Rang PHW at 10am, they came at 11am and replaced my hot water tank in 30 minutes. Great job and friendly technicians. Price is reasonable.
