Kleenmaid Appliances

We had an issue with the oven Fan cover. Called Tech support our problem solved by very understanding Gentleman, and received the replacement part within 3 days raising our concern. This is how business should be conducted, very happy with their service.

We have just started using our kitchen, and the appliances seem to be great and very good quality. We had used Kleenmaid for the past 25 years, which was a different company then, but the new brand seems to be just as good. We had an issue with the oven brand new, but the warranty team was excellent in supporting us to get the problem resolved. It took a month, and 3 service calls as it was intermittent and kept on shorting the electricity, but the product was faulty in a small connection which was finally identified. The tech guy, who was a sub-contractor of Kleenmaid said that I would never have a problem with them, and that the products are excellent quality. He mentioned other brands and some were top shelf, and he said their service was woeful. So well done Kleenmaid for this early experience, and we look forward to using your products for many years to come.

DO NOT PURCHASE KLEENMAID PRODUCT! LESS THEN 2 YEARS MY GLASS RANGEHOON SHATTER ALL OF THE SUDDEN WHEN I WAS MAKING DINNER.. GIVE THEM A CALL AND THEY SAY IT COULD BE DROP OR IMPACT DURING DELIVERY (POOR BUILD QUALITY).. THEY ARE CHARING ALMOST $500 TO REPLACE A GLASS PANEL AND CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL NOT BREAK AGAIN..WHAT A JOKE!

I am astounded! Delightfully astounded!Cooktop, dishwasher, oven.The customer service is totally “old school” brilliant ; just brilliant, extraordinary!The team responded immediately , the part arrived just two days after registering the issue ( and NOT via Australia Post✔️) , fitting instructions supplied were simple and most user friendly, problem solved !Thank You Kleenmaid, you have a reputation for Excellence for a reason.

Our Kleenmaid built-in oven is 28 years old and still going and looking like new. Only replaced the forced fan heating element once myself.Now baking uneven so maybe it's time to replace?

Michael at the Kleenmaid Experience Centre Alexandria was fantastic. He took the time to show us the appliance and explain all the features, then assisted with placing the order and delivery. The delivery was very fast and the warehouse communication was great.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!My fiancé and I had our hearts set on this Kleenmaid gas stovetop for our house that I am building. We searched suppliers that had this model in stock but decided to deal directly with Kleenmaid. My fiancé spoke with the sales manager who provided efficient and great customer service over the phone. He assured us that our product would be delivered on the agreed date which we ordered 2 months prior to the delivery date (September ordered, Delivery date November). On the delivery date, the product did not arrive. I phoned up Kleenmaid only to be advised by the operator that they do not deliver past 1pm and the product would be delivered first thing the following Monday morning.On the Monday morning, I phoned up the logistics manager Ray to check the status of my order. He stated the product that was scheduled for the Monday will now be delayed to Tuesday. The product arrived on Tuesday only to find the gas stovetop was shattered (Picture attached).My fiancé called up Ray and he apologised for the inconvenience and would send another product on Wednesday. Wednesday they collected the broken stove top. On Friday another stovetop was delivered shattered. That afternoon we got the stovetop in perfect condition.As a builder, I will not be recommending this product to clients as warranty and reliability is paramount. Do note I can only give feedback at the moment to the poor service experience and not the product itself.Would recommend purchasing Kleenmaid products from another company.

I am less than impressed. As far as I know, Kleenmaid buys goods from other companies and rebrands them as their own. I have had problems with 3 Kleenmaid appliances however one of them was fixed and i have had no further problems. The dishwasher, after numerous calls out for repairs was finally replaced after much discussion and insistence on my part. The steam oven is still giving problems. I had to pay for half the cost of the electronics panel replacement after it was out of warranty for approx one year but we are still having problems. Overall it is not so much that things go wrong. I get that that will happen sometimes but in my opinion Kleenmaid needs to back their products. The things that break down constantly need to be replaced without haggling and resistance. I will not buy Kleenmaid products again and would not recommend them.

We received great advice on the right microwave to suit our needs. A simple ordering process, with excellent communication,. Price & delivery all top notch. Kleenmaid recommended to all my friends

I have had Kleenmaid industrial washing machine and dryer for more than 10 years. Just had to replace the dryer. It was still working but started to make a scraping noise. The purchase and delivery was effortless. Price and warranty was great too. Thank you Kleenmaid.
