WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TAMARA!! SHE LEFT MY DOG IN THE YARD WET AND DIRTY!!!! MY DOGS FACE HAD DIRT STILL COMING OUT SHE WAS IN AND OUT IN 10 MINUTES AND I HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH MY SON AT THE PARK AND COULDNT PAY QUICK ENOUGH AND SHE CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $10!!!!! MY DOG IS DIRTY WHAT A BLOODY JOKE DO NOT BOOK WITH TAMARA!!

Sarah from Jim’s Dog Wash and Grooming Oatley was fantastic, I hadn’t really thought of having my girl Millie groomed at home and when I saw Sarah’s flyer in the mailbox I booked! Millie can be very excitable and she was very happy to be meet Sarah and be washed and groomed which was great! She come away looking like a puppy and smelling beautiful. Sarah is so friendly and you can see how much she loves dogs, plus she comes to you making dog grooming so much easier! Thank you!

We’re so happy we found Sarah. She is very reliable and our little lady loves her. We used to go through so much stress going to the groomers but having Sarah in our driveway makes the process so much easier. She is very caring and gentle and obviously loves dogs. Would recommend Sarah every time.

So happy to have found Sarah to groom our two girls Lucy and Pepper. They always smell and look so lovely after their pamper wash and cut.

Sarah grooms our 2 cavoodles and always does a brilliant job.One of dogs is particularly difficult and doesn’t make her job easy but she is always patient with him and his groom is always still so neat. Highly recommended!!

Thank you Sarah for doing such a great job on washing and clipping our girl Molly. Molly is a Lagotto (a bit precious!!) and we have always had problems with having her groomed and it has been nearly impossible to clip her nails. It has even required me in the past to take her to the vet to have her nails clipped. Sarah has been so patient and caring, does an amazing Lagotto cut and even manages to clip her nails! We are very impressed and grateful. Sarah clearly loves dogs and she manages to make them love and trust her. In the past it has been so upsetting for me to leave Molly at the groomers as she was shaking and clearly stressed. It’s such a bonus to not leave home and have someone come to your home. Molly was outside her home, washed, groomed, nails clipped and much happier with the whole experience. Thank you Sarah.

I couldn’t be happier having Sarah from Jim’s Dog Wash and Grooming Oatley come to groom my girl Heidi. Heidi can be a little bit nervous and she always comes back happy and excited. Sarah is amazing with the grooming and Heidi always looks and smells so great after her groom. It took me a long time to find someone that could groom Heidi the way I wanted as she is a Maltese x Shitzu .Thanks so much Sarah!
