Met a young boy that was working the cakes real good. He was quite sexy And had quite a lovely shaped head. He was very respectful, and helped me decide quickly as to the cake i wanted. He knows his stuff and could tell me the ingredients of every cake. His name MadMax.

I had Mark and the team make a specialised cake which their made and decorated to our specifications and not only were we happy and delighted with the results, every person at the party commented on such a Beautifully crafted Cake,Once again Mark and team thank you

Buy cakes here regularly, the service is fabulous! The cakes are just something else. A cake shop that never disappoints!

Thoroughly disappointed with the Victoria Point Cheesecake Shop today, after waiting for 4 days for them to confirmation call, my wife called them today to enquire on how our daughters 1st birthday cake was coming along.It was then made apparent that the order was never handed along to the relevant person so therefore nothing was being done about her cake.Further to the disappointment the quoted price we were given was apparently not correct and it would be costing another third more for this cake to be made.I understand mistakes happen, but an order not being correctly placed and a price not being correctly given is unacceptable.We have purchased engagement, baby shower, special occasion and numerous birthday cakes in the past from this store for which there will be no more purchases in the future as there was no willingness to resolve their mistakes for which we played no part.

Very very disappointed with the Victoria Point Cheese Cake Shop!! I spoke to a lady in store in regards to my daughters 1st birthday cake , she told me to email what I wanted through to them ( which I did) we recieved an email back saying yes it's all going ahead.. I rung them 4 days prior to her special day and the cake maker told me again yes it's all good for Sunday morning to collect.. we turned up Sunday morning to collect cake which they couldn't find!!My partner ring me to see if it was under another name.. then they told me the cake wasn't made due to not putting down a deposit.. they didnt try to ring me to notify me on this!! They did made another cake but it wasn't as close to what I wanted!VERY VERY DISAPPOINTEDWILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

This was the first time I had purchased from any Cheesecake Shop, so I was a bit out of my depth. I decided to call ahead because I didn't understand the website. My issue, not theirs. The chap who answered was very helpful and friendly. I worked my way round the website with ease after this.I settled on the carrot and orange cake, gluten free. I chose gluten free just in case, one never knows, these days. The person who served me and gave me the cake was very pleasant. The cake exceeded my expectations. The two flavours, w the topping, which included cranberries, complemented each other. My guests also provided positive feedback. Personally, I prefer this sort of flavour to the rich chocolate mud cake. But each to their own. Well done, The Cheesecake Shop, Victoria Point.

Very disappointed with service and arrogance of the owner.Had need to buy specialised candles with a cake I had ordered. Candles had a sign on them with a price. Went to pay and the price of the candles was higher. Advised them they can't charge the higher price if the signed price is lower. He argued and argued, then turned nasty. I've refused to use this store ever again. It was a small thing granted, but the owners attitude was very unprofessional. I use Cheesecake shop in Cleveland now

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake as a birthday cake, I would have thought they could decorate it half reasonable. Very disappointed , also noticed the cheesecake was fairly thin. Won’t be going back . No good and a disappointment plus
