The arrogant attitude of the staff and non-existent customer service gets worse at this place every time I walk in there. If that’s even possible. Ridiculously over priced at the same time too.

They offer a good service. Will need to have a booking in advance. I just stopped by and asked. Lucky they can book me in for the afternoon appointment . Price for wash+cut+blow dry and consultation is $102.

Was quoted $119when I made the appointment. Was charged $137, when I queried the price I was told it was for styling". Isn't that why you go to a hairdresser? Went in with a pixie cut

I have been going to the Clipjoint for a few years now, after my colourist Mindy saved my hair! I was ready to chop it all off before she intervened and fixed the mess another hairdresser had made.The services are a bit pricey, more than i have been willing to pay before, but it is definitely worth it.

Was booked in for a cut and color almost 2 weeks prior. When I arrived , was told that I can have only the cut but no color! While they acknowledged that it was their fault, there was no effort to rectify the issue. And instead was told to book another day. Well, I know your time matters but our time matters as well. Very blunt conversation at the front desk!

My autistic brother was very distressed he missed his usual haircut appointment due to COVID lockdown. We rang clipjoint as it is nearby, and they were able to get us in straight away. Kristie was lovely, patient and calm. Thankyou !

Very disappointed with my trip here. It cost me a bit over $100 for a cut and blow-dry. The hairdresser spent no more than 10 minutes trimming my hair, and didn't even do it evenly. Another 6-7 minutes drying the hair. Didn't show me the finished look from the back or actually cut it the length/style I requested. Had high hopes from so many positive reviews but was severlse let down. Wouldn't waste the money again on a simple cut here!
