Appalling service in all makeup areas. Minimal staff, the odd two stood around talking. I threw my arms in the air to attract attention - reluctantly a female came to me and she was most unhelpful. Sent me away from high end brands. Unbelievable. No longer is the customer a priority.

I went to the Myer at 1404pm to get a pair of sweaters for my girlfriend. The lady (blonde and medium height working at female clothing section) who served me at the counter was awful, no eye contact, greeting and robotic language. It seems that she doesn’t really enjoy her job at all. The other lady who’s shorter and more well rounded was attentive and lovely. I’d give one star if I didn’t meet her.

Bought cooking appliances online through Myer website. Returned one of the items to geelong store within 30 days and got refined in a couple of day without any issue.Will use Myer again for quality stuff.

We went into the Geelong store yesterday (22 June) I highly recommend Nadine who looks after the larger women’s fashion area. She made a normally demoralising experience wonderful and we walked out with a funky and youthful wardrobe. So grateful for her attention.

Solid. Definitely a five with great services from the staff and clothes I wear everyday. Do you need bedding and pillows, they got it, clothes from the best brands, they got it, toys for the little ones, that too. Very very good and I believe the main reason it’s a five is the incredible honest staff that tell you of sales and not just “buy this but that”

remember when myer used to be good and have good things.. time is a sad mistress. i bought shorts from here only to get home and have an ad pop up selling them for $15 cheaper... retail is dead. at least i didn't have to go searching for staff like normal

Samantha from Veronica Maine Myer Geelong. What a gem.!!! I had a wonderful shopping experience recently. I took back a skirt and top which I had purchased and decided it didn't really suit. Samantha was so patient and understanding about why I wanted to return the garments and while I dithered about deciding on another dress. She gave good advice and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. An excellent salesperson. Samantha is an asset to Veronica Maine/Myer. Thank you, Samantha

Visited the store last month, had to wait for a few minutes to pay at lady clothes department and we were the only one there. The cashier behind the cash register kept pretending she was busy, looking under the desk and around but in fact doing nothing. She must be some kind of a silent quitter or just a pure slacker.
