Better Built Homes (Head Office)

This company should be rated 0 stars for their practices during the build process. We have a home being built next door to this builder and their contractors have trespassed onto our property countless times to use our electricity and resources. When we highlighted to the project manager that we had caught this on video, he indicated they would reimburse us $5 in a very condescending manner - implying this was ordinary practice. At the end of the day, this is illegal, unethical and downright bad behaviour. They need to source their own resources for the properties they build rather than stealing from neighbours. Absolutely disgusting ethical code. Definitely would not ever use them and have actively warned our friends who are building to stay clear of this company. After several complaints, this behaviour has continued. We have numerous videos of them trespassing on our property and are fed up that they can't seem to take no for an answer. Trespassing and stealing seem to be acceptable practice in their eyes.

After 3yrs,you left something inside our rangehood which cost us $150

Awesome experience building through Better Built. Right from the day one the process was clear & easy to understand. The service level this company has shown is above what we expected, especially when i also come from sales background. Not once they have let me down in communicating through the whole process and nothing seems like too much work for them.After dealing with number of competitors, i never feel confident to spend my money with them. I found Better Built and now i never look back.I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and anyone who is in the market to build home.

They are building the next house next door and have caused ongoing nuisance during this period.They hosed the bricks of their house twice without providing me any notice and ruined the windows on one side of the house, driveway, and my car. They also decided to put nails into the bricks of my brand new home to hang a protective sheet without checking with me. Their workers would access the site through my driveway with their dirty work boots. They also discarded food wrappers and cups on my front yard.The previous site supervisor did not organise any cleaning or removing the nails even after multiple calls and text messages.The current site supervisor has organised car wash but the other works remains unattended since May 2022. Their cleaner has canceled on me twice and the site supervisor has not followed up even after multiple email requests.
