Spoken to practice managerJESICCA who is hopeless - not professional at all . Haven’t even listened. To the call recording of what’s happened and relying on that receptionist . I will give 0 stars if I could .

The ladies in reception are always very pleasant, courteous and helpful. The doctors are also very nice and patient. I do like the atmosphere at Delta.

My Health Delta Family Doctors are very professional and sensitive to my family’s healthcare needs. I have always felt very supported, listened to and cared for. I feel safe discussing my health concerns and have appreciated their timely referrals.

Very little wait time. Friendly and thorough medical Doctor. Well Dr Payam is anyway. Staff also friendly. Place clean., spacious and well equipped. So glad they opened a practice at Kruger after Dr. Lee retired.

Definitely not happy with Dr Reza Heshmati, he was very unprofessional and he showed us that he definitely did not want to assist my son and essentially ushered us out of his office. It was my sons first time at this clinic as we have just moved to the area, and we are looking for a proper/consistent GP for his medical condition and further care plan. When we arrived, He did not check my son’s temperature, weight, ears or chest, and he definitely didn’t seem interested in treating my son for his eczema, he just prescribed us the strongest medicine he could and then advised not to put it on his face only. No instructions on how many times the medication should be administered or for how many days/weeks.. He didn’t even examine my sons eczema before he prescribed the medication or ask about his medication history.As for the cough my son has, he just said, he’s a kid they always have a cough, and did not even check him at all. Mind you my sons throat has also been sore with some swelling. This Dr did not bother to do a basic check. Imagine my son, a 5 year old, had to ask him to check his temperature and he refused, and said I don’t have time.This sort of behaviour is appalling and I can only imagine how other patients are treated. Or is this treatment only reserved for a certain group of people? Safe to say I do not feel safe with my son or I continuing any treatment or care plans with this Dr at all, as he may actually cause harm to my son instead of helping out.

Very good, fast service, friendly staff. Only waited 5 minutes, Sprifield medical and dental used to have us waiting for an hour.

Reception/admin were super lovely, and as a concerned mother they fit us in in a really tight time frame even when it meant having to rearrange some stuff. The doctor actually called us in early and he was so thorough and put our minds at ease. 100% recommend and will continue to go there.

Absolutely disgusting! Went there for extreme pain in my neck (I can hardly move) he didn’t send me for scans or anything and said it was muscular. Went to another doctor & said it is a slipped disc in my neck! The doctor I saw was very creepy as well and extremely unhelpful. Will never be back disgusting.

Wonderful surgery, front receptionist’s are welcoming and pleasant to deal with .doctors are knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. Doctor reza is easy to talk to and listens. The Nurse is also lovely to deal with. Yes I would recommend this surgery if you are looking for a new doctor.

I had my first appointment with Dr Mahmoud Reza Heshmati Moghaddam at 1:10 on 7/3/23. Absolutely unprofessional and left the door open from the beginning. He couldn't even walk out to call my name, he had to say it from his room door (I was lucky to hear). I'm facing $3,000 (if not done before I'm 18) formy cyst removal and he just said can't help". He said that 7 different doctors/specialist that have put me on meds were wrong
