Initially wanted lounge and 3 hallways carpeted. Provided 2 quotes for different types of carpets both very reasonable. Django explained the complexity of installing in hallways and the amount of waste that comes with it. Ended up just going with lounge and installation was booked in within 2 weeks of order and installation was A++.

Solomons staff (Scott, Scott, Django and Sabrina) have all been amazingly efficient and professional. They followed up on our quote and the carpet was laid before Christmas to our delight. They are very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend their services and the carpet quality which we are thrilled with.

Very friendly and knoweledgable service. We are extreemly happy with our blinds we had installed. We had these blinds installed to our school administration building and they look amazing. Just had our new floors installed by Solomons....wow, so nice to be able to say how efficient, polite, and professional these guys were! From our original introduction in store at Norwood, to the check measure, and installation; everything was exactly as stated. They even left everything clean and tidy! Could not be happier. :)

Totally impressed with everything about Solomons flooring Kensington and the team there, with my recent purchase of a custom made plush wool rug.- Super helpful friendly customer service - even over the phone when I described what I was after and Sabrina explained a couple of options (rather than just saying ‘come in and have a look’)- Intuitive suggestion giving when I did come into the store, leading me to buy an end role that I would not have considered otherwise- Scott’s willingness to come down just a little bit in price, which locked in the deal for me and made me an even happier customer :)- The option of a neat straight edge (rather than the usual rounded corner overlocking) for the rug edging. I’m so happy with how this looks and makes it look like a real premium wool rug rather than a piece of carpet- Scott offer delivery with absolutely no questions asked and no attempt to upsell and charge for it. Really this was the icing on the cake

The team At Solomon’s Kensington were so helpful and patient with me trying to select new carpet for our master bedroom and WIR. The final result is pure luxury and the carpet was installed perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently purchased a 'Universal Hybrid' floating floor system through the Kensington Solomons which was also installed by their installer Kaine. I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding job he did and the attention to detail he went to. From the odd conversation I had with him, it is clear that every decision he makes is balancing the various pro and cons to provide the best possible end result. He truly went above and beyond and knows his craft.I also must praise the customer service team for their prompt and helpful responses to my numerous questions during the whole process, they certainly put me at ease.I also found the pricing to be very fair, particularly given the end result of the flooring and how smoothly it all went.Very excited to be in my freshly renovated home!
