Tumby Bay Motel

Just could not book anywhere inport Lincoln. Sent an email to Trish at Marina motel Tumby Bay . Trish phoned me and we organised our requirements for our stay. Thanks Trish for your help on arranging our last minute booking..

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!AGGRESSIVE WOMAN DOESNT CARE IF YOU GO WITHOUT A ROOM!!!!!Spoke with an absoultey nasty woman on the phone. I book accommodation for my coworkers. I emailed her all the details she needed and she denied him a room when he showed up at 4. She said their email wasnt working. I asked her why she wouldnt mention that to us earlier (this was booked days in advance). The very clearly agitated woman said, and I quote ‘It doesnt matter! I dont care! Find accommodation elsewhere! Bye!’ and hangs up. I couldnt imagine what it would be like conducting business with such a sour woman. Thank god the business is changing hands, hopefully they employ much nicer people.

Purchased a 4 night stay through travel auction and would recommend this accommodation. Quiet location, clean and spacious motel room and friendly staff. Had a wonderful time!

Lovely clean room although they are not very sound proof. Friendly helpful staff. Very pleasant stay overall hope to go back again.

We arrived late to have dinner and they fitted us in. Full menue was still available to us and it was a great meal. I highly recommend them.

Peaceful and quiet location away from main drag, but still close to coast. Great rooms, very clean and cozy. Enjoyed our stay 100%

Nicest and almost cheapest motel I stayed in during my 8 week WA enforced 'holiday' in SA.Quiet, clean, spacious...has everything you need for a comfy short or long stay. I stayed a week and got the weekly discount.Tumby bay itself is beautiful and the Mangrove walk, opposite the motel is surprisingly good.Hi Trish!!!

The room was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. Very expensive place for the quality of the room.

Unfortunately when using travel auctions if not careful in selection, one can end up with 2nd rate accomodation. Staff were helpfull upon arrival, but lost interest after that. We had upgraded to larger room, but it still wasn't good, especially the dodgy light fitting over bed head. Room not automaticly serviced over a 5 night stay if not specifically requested. You certainly get what you pay for....
