Every birthday for my kids, I bake them a cake. And every birthday it’s challenging and I often question my own sanity. Not anymore!!! My son requested a Paw Patrol Big Truck Pup cake for his birthday. I was able to make this without any tears (from me) and he was stoked! I’m actually looking forward to get baking and trying out so many more designs.

Well the kids love their Shape Tins, we were going to make a rocket but did pay enough attention and this is what we end up with lol. The possibility of creating something is truly amazing and fun. We are back baking again this weekend. maybe a new page in the cake book we will call this one Monsters luck.
