Luminous Nails Redbank

I wanted the acrylics taken off and this how she left one of my nails. She didnt say anything about it. charged me $15 for the removal which was just her prying them off with not soaking because I tried to do it myself. I went back today to complain and she just said your nails are short" "its one nail". I did get a refund."

I had my nails done today and picked baby pink French tips, which did not work out as nicely how I expected. The pink tips were very thick, as well as I got  glue on my fingers everywhere. I would not recommend coming here to get your nails done since they are not done professionally!!!

Just got my formal nails done here and it was exactly what I was hoping for. They were very accommodating of my limited nail knowledge and made sure I understood what was happening. It was very peaceful as well <3. Did an excellent job with my nails, my nail tech friend was very impressed. Well-done ladies.

If I could give one star I would. Super, super unhappy!!! I went there tonight and nails done poorly, thick, designs horrible, blending of colours horrible. Will never go again!! Rushed because they were closing but yet told me to come back and assured me they could do the design I asked.

So disappointed and upset with the service. staff would not ask politely for me to do something (put my foot up or swap hands , instead they would wiggle my hand around or tap/slap it, they were not gentle at all my nails are extremely sore/aching and inflamed I will not be getting them taken off her I will go to a different place then nails are quite ugly them self my cuticles feel like they have been torn.

Terrible service! Will never go back! My daughter had her nails done with this business and they spoke in their own language the whole time she was getting her nails done. My daughter moved her hand in an odd way and they mimicked what she did to their coworkers while talking their language. The acrylic nails had air bubbles in them and the shape of each nail was different. They also over charged me by $5. When I went to pay they didn't show me the screen so I took the machine from her hands and looked at the screen to see they had added another $5. I questioned it and she told me I had to pay an extra $5 for gel on top of the acrylic nails after we asked for french tip acrylic nails. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I made an appointment with them for 10.30am and when arrived they where to busy to help me i waited for 25min before they even asked me any questions I left with out my nails done i am very unsatisfied very bad service here they were rude. I don't recommend this place

Had the worst pedicure ever . This is the first and last time I will go there. I had to as I was given gift certificate. Rushed through and did very poor work. Didn’t even file nails.

Customer service and treatment was very poor .got my colour completely wrong ,my nails started flaking, peeling and breaking the very next day! .didnt soak my nails enough to get old polish just pretty much grinded them off.felt like she just couldnt wait to get the next client in
