Route66 was neat, tidy and clean just what you need after a long day travelling limited room service but what there was available was top quality needs waiter staffWell done !!

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst traveling for work. On my second day when I returned in the afternoon, I was surprised to see the room had not been cleaned or made up. I asked at reception about this and they said that I hadn’t put the ‘paddle’ on the door to advise housekeeping to make up the room.My room did not have the ‘paddle’ and I was never advised of this system on checking in.Their website says the rooms are maintained daily, it doesn’t say maintained daily only if you put the paddle on the door - very poor service.If you are looking at staying at this location with the view of the motel resembling the iconic Route 66 with memorabilia etc - then forget it, nothing at all, in fact, reception didn’t even know what Route 66 was.On a positive, I ordered room service for dinner and the meal was very good.

Room changed as I wasn’t interested in doing a review, also offered to charge additional $10 if I stayed in the same room.No tv in roomOverpriced but lesson learnt, Never again

Nice and comfortable stay with lovely staff, who accommodated me on short notice.Only comment I'd make about the rooms is the bathroom is in a weird spot, with the window looking out onto the communal passageway on the upper floor. It's not a huge window and mostly glazed, so don't panic, but as a particularly self-conscious person it was a little strange!Otherwise, had a lovely stay! The room was comfortable, affordable and well maintained. Would stay here again when I come through Emerald

Room was filthy, had bug infestation, bathroom had not been cleaned properly in a long time, staff not approachable.Will never stay here again

Great clean rooms and very friendly staff that were eager to help make my stay as comfy as possible, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be staying again in the future as I suggest everyone should.
