The most rude and arrogant boys work here. I say boys because they’re not men.One of them charged me 50 dollars more than I was quoted by the other boy who works there on the same day for the same thing.He then pretended to send me an email receipt that I never received and refused to print me one. From this I gather he was intentionally ripping me off hence the no receipt.I’m disgusted by the arrogance of both the male staff I came into contact with and strongly recommend going somewhere else!

Amazing Service! Called just after they opened at 7:45am. Not only did they have the not so common rear tyres I needed in stock but I had my car in by 8:05am and 4 tyres on and aligned by 9:15am. Amazingly also for a really good price. Will definitely be back.

Today I took my tyre to Bob Jane to get repaired, I spoke with one of the staff at the front counter and he came and had a look at my tyre, he said he couldn't repair it and I had to get a new one. They didn't stock my brand of tyre so therefore wanted to sell me a different brand. I said no. I went to another tyre shop. He repaired it instantly. This is the second time have gone to Bob Jane and they try and pressure me to buy new tyres. I'm not happy and I will never go back there.

We had a punctured tyre about 40 km out of Wagga the tow driver dropped the car in the Bob Jane parking lot at 10pm. Mick and the boys were a pleasure to deal with in the morning. The tyres for our car were unavailable. Mick sourced some and drove me out to pick them up. The boys had us out on the road by 9.30am to continue our drive to Adelaide. They went out of their way to help us out with many options. We were lucky to find them. I would highly recommend Mick and the boys at Bob Jane!
