We met originally with Mark Broomhead and he started what has been an awesome journey. He bought our dream home design to life, no amount of changes was too many and he worked with us to get it perfect for us. From here on out we have dealt with Shannon and Jacob who have always kept us up to date, under promised and over delivered at every stage and we are looking to soon be completed.Really happy we chose to build with Content living and would choose them again.

Had a quick check up on the house progress and soooooo cool seeing everything take shape and walk through it. We settled on the block on the 17th of July, just over a month and the boys at Content Living - The Home Builders have already nearly completed the Brick work and done an awesome job. Soo excited to watch the progress each week.If you want to get to site quickly, have a great seamless experience and build a beautiful home i can highly recommend content and the rest of the SSB group builders dream start and momu!

we recently had a ceiling collapse in our living room, cause unknown. (no rain ingress) When we contacted our insurance company they came immediately to secure the room and make it safe wich was fantastic ! upon an assessor review though, they concluded that the collapse was due to age, wear and tear therefore not covered by our home insurance.we contacted Content to enquire about their lifetime structural warranty as the original owner is still living in the home and were told that ceilings are not covered under this warranty as they are not considered structural" unlike walls

We just signed the final house plan with Feng, and it is all happening. This process is the best yet, I have built before but this is my first time feeling comfortable, stress-free and very satisfied with the outcome thus far. Feng, I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH is the BEST sales and design consultant we have met in this journey. She went out of her way many times to brainstorm for us and basically so so so patient when me and my partner have disagreements. I would get her messages first thing in the morning and just before bed because she couldn't sleep due to my new requests and amendments (she is a natural problem solver). When I was worried about designs that I like being too expensive, she would look for ways to save on the design so it still looks great. I cannot wait till pre-start and for the build to finish :) Will keep this review updated - let's hope construction is just as smooth sailing. LOOK FOR FENG if you want this amazing experience!

PAY MORE MONEY FOR A QUALITY BUILDER .Very Poor workmanship and trades used and the end product is a very poor quality home .I built a home with them in 2011 and had a shocking experience , made me not want to ever built again. They wore me down and i just stopped asking them to fix issues after it was built as i couldn't keep staying home from work to let them continually come to fix problems .In the end i just had to live with it . I have since sold that home and have just purchased an established home that was unfortunately built by content in 2012 and the exact same poor quality issues exist in this home too.(sagging roof, cracking bathroom tiles , bad plaster work, uneven walls ,twisted sliding door frames , and the list goes on . Big shame they don't have a good quality control with their home builds .

The integration of design and sales bundling is definitely a great idea. when I first met Feng" and I was impressed by her swift ability to transform my nascent ideas into detailed structural diagrams with professional insights. Her expertise and professionalism solidified my decision to select her as my designer. "Feng" patiently listens to my feedback every time and always proposing well-founded modifications. The communication always enjoyable. I believe this design will be a prefect blend of ideals and reality. Thank you "Feng" and I am looking forward to seeing my dream house built."

Even with the building boom where materials and trades are hard to get and delays are evident Content Living worked closely with us during our build with them to keep us informed on progress, our liaison officer was excellent.At no time did we feel that our house build wasn't important or suffered any bad workmanship, they maintained the quality that they said they would and when issues were identified they made every effort to get it resolved and to achieve a positive outcome for us.We have now moved in and really enjoying it, Content Living provided as a great information package on our new home and advised to keep any notes of items of concern so that if required they can assess and resolve it so the supports still there.My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to build again with Content Living.Mike and Natasha Baldwin

Amazing experience - simply outstanding!I have been looking into building a family home for my children for quite some time and have spoken to many consultants from different builders and I have chosen to build with Content Living purely based on my interaction with Robbie.Robbie was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy who understands exactly what I am looking for and has helped me customised a floor plan and elevation that met all my requirements and budget!!I am extremely satisfied with the process and couldn’t recommend highly enough!!!

We loved building with Content Living; the process from start to finish was enjoyable, and we appreciated the care and detail that our designer took in bringing our vision to life. We especially loved the 3D walkthrough that Content provides during the design process.Communication was good throughout, and items which needed adjusting were done so efficiently.The quality of the build itself was very high; we had a very competent site supervisor who ensured that the trades on site were up to standard and that incomplete items and poorly installed items were corrected.Delays due to COVID were inevitable, however Content were open with communication the whole time and still seemed to get the build finished quicker and to a higher standard than many other projects going up in our estate.
