Magic Hand Carwash - Werribee

I recently paid $300 for a car detail. Once I picked the car up and got it in the sun light I noticed it was covered in buff marks. It looked as if someone had grabbed the buffer and run down the side with it. I questioned the “manager” :who not only was rude and unhelpful but he Tried to tell me he couldn’t see the marks! Then he said his boss would call me; I am still waiting to hear from him! Do not waste your money here! Go anywhere else. As these guys have absolutely no idea how to detail a car!

Been here a few times, usually just for inside and out. For $39 they do an ok job. Today i was going to go for the superior one as my car hadn't been cleaned in a while but instead went by one of the guy's recommendation to go for a mini detail as they have a special $50 off. (Detail went from 199 to 150... silly me for not do my maths when the guy told me it's 50 off when it's really $49 lol...)Save your money guys, don't come here expecting to get your money's worth. I got mine back still with spots of bird poop which i let pass but how can you miss if you've washed and cleansed the car?? Also dust and dirt still on they back of the car...Matts, interior and carpet were also still wet - wish they would had advised me of this before they tried to up sell me! ... agree with most reviews here wish i read them before spending the extra $$.Oh well Lesson learnt. Will try one of the home detailers next time.

Bad service, damage my airbag sensor and my car is not even clean for the $300 that I have paid for detailing. Please stay away from this car wash if you can just go somewhere else to save yourself from trouble and your car from damage.

I pay $300.00 for a detailing, they did not even clean my car properly and they damaged the airbag sensor under the driver seat with water. The in charge is just telling me that he will call me. I went back twice and still he told me that he will call me but have not heard anything. I would like to warn the public that this shop company is rip off and if you are unlucky like me they will damage your car instead of cleaning it. rip off, not a good shop, beware and stay away from this shop if you can.

Dropped my car off here for just an exterior wash. They must use the same dirty rags for every car because my car has accumulated more scratches and swirls in this one wash than any other car I've owned has had over its entire lifetime. They also didn't bother to wash the left side mirror and what they did wash was done to a very poor standard.

I get my Mercedes detailed ever two weeks here and I couldn't be happier, With very friendly and knowledgeable staff and management my car couldn't be in safer hands. When I first started going to this site I had a full $300Plus) detail done and it was perfection personified and included a special glass type finish and even today, 3 years later the car still 'beads' when it rains. It's the little things that impress me, I've never mentioned it to the staff but I drink coffee and the Mercedes (my model) has the worst cup holders ever invented and I occasionally spill a cup, I clean it myself as well as I can but there are always dribbles and coffee stains in areas I cant reach, yet every time the car is returned to me with those unreachable places sparkling clean. I really like the way they treat my car with the same care and attention to detail that I have - It was especially nice to to have a conversation with the owner one Saturday and I mentioned I had to return to the plaza the following day and he offered to allow me to park my car in his secure parking area - just to make my life a little easier - Thank you Sunny - I know it's a thankless job but you and your staff really do a fantastic job. Thankyou.

Would not recommend. I've taken my car here a few times and the fact that it is in the undercover car park almost gautentees that when you leave and see it in the sun at home, you will quickly notice all the as areas on the car that they have missed.

If I could give zero stars I would, they broke the attachment for my parcel shelf in my boot and noone would take responsibility the manager did nothing, in hindsight I should have asked for a refund or claimed his insurance. So disappointed.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.They have two operating in Werribee plaza so stay away from both.My job was simple, I asked for the paint cleansing treatment (wash, clay bar, polish and wax), little did I know that when I inspected my car in the parking lot straight after the wash that my bonnet had been chipped. I went straight back to Magic hand car wash to complain about the damage and the first thing I hear is “It was there before” I said that that was a lie as my car had just been imported to Australia and I have the Auction report in my possession which shows every single mark on the car. I hear two other employees from Magic Hand Car Wash that worked on the car say “it was there before” which enraged me as I know for a fact it wasn’t.I was then approached by another employee who claimed to be the manager, I explained the above and reiterated that I know for a fact there wasn’t any marks on my car before the wash. I showed him the picture of my car before the wash and he said to give him till the end of the day to look at the CCTV footage. I got his business card and his full name and said that I’ll give him 30 min and that I’m not leaving the carwash. In this time I logged a complaint through the website detailing my experience.
The manager checked the footage and walked back to me admitting that the damage was done while the car was being washed. He invited me to view the footage and I saw my car being damaged by the pressure washer.The manager offered to pay for the panel beater to repair my bonnet in which I accepted.I went to the panel beaters to get the car assessed that afternoon and discovered more marks on my front and rear bumper which weren’t there before. I sent the manager of MHCW Werribee and email about who then replied to send over before and after images. I sent them over and got a replay saying “I have looked at the video. I can’t see high pressure gun doing any damage to the bumper”.So here I am now with my bonnet repaired but my front and rear bumpers scratched and damaged.Oh yeah, that complaint I sent over on the 23/04/18 that promised an email back. Dash board had not been wiped and car looked like it had not been vacuumed properly sand still everywhere especially the boot. Why do they always try to scam you by missing the boot. Better off doing it on your own or finding a good car wash place. The guy who was there had an argument with me refusing to vacuum the car. Would never go back to this car wash.
