You guys are awesome! I could not have bought my perfect car without you! I would like to praise “Romanie Thomas” she has gone absolutely above and beyond to assist me even after hours or on her days off and doing everything she can just so everything goes smoothly. She is such a trustworthy and hardworking individual and I would really love it if she receives the praise she deserves from the company itself. It's the people at Stratton finance that make the difference if it wasn't for the service that Ben Westblade gives which is above and beyond I wouldn't have have continued with Stratton after my first encounter.Can't recommend Ben high enough.

Stay as far away as possible from Stratton Finance ! Took out 20K loan on a brand new Toyota, my car arrived, but didn’t like it, returned & exchanged it with another Toyota. I was charged $2,300 by Stratton and Pepper Money!!!! The biggest rip off of my entire life! Any other banks would charge zero or a few hundred dollars admin fee only! Borrow from banks only, avoid loan brokers, in particular Stratton & Pepper Money

I was dealing with Stratton to buy my car. Stratton adds on carsales.com says starting from 5%. The agent kept dragged for a while and finally when I promised the seller to buy the car, Stratton told cannot get any loans other than from Macquarie bank for 9% plus comparison rate. One of the most unreliable when it comes to interest rates. I could have gotten the loan from CBA directly for this rate, which is more efficient and friendly where I also maintain my personal account with.

After Having a bad experience with a finance department at the the dealership for my new car purchase .I made a inquiry through stratton finance online which was a walk in the park .The following business day I recieved a email from a professional by the name of Adam Bosward to ask when a good time would be to further discuss.Unfortunately I couldn't action until 5:45PM I thought I'd give a quick call just to touch base .Adam was more then happy to answer my question's .Adam answered them with integrity and honesty, you could definitely tell the bloke was experienced in hes profession .Less then 24 hours later I was approved with a comfortable honest finance provider .Hats off The value bucket definitely filled .
